The only chest exercise I do is barbell bench press. I actively avoid training chest b/c it grows wayyy faster than any other muscle for me and it ends up being disproportionate. Ends up with me looking like I have breasts or something when I have a t-shirt on.

I could post a pic of my chest put I have a tank top on and it was when I was 17.5. I look no good in it, But that's when I was at my biggest and strongest. When I actually took lifting seriously.

I can't compete in this thread, especially with the aesthetics of some of you shredded fuks. Good work. I wanted to contribute anyways. I'm hoping there is an appreciation for sheer mass in a shirt the way I appreciate the sheer mass of breasts that are noticeably large in a sweatshirt.
