oops my bad, read that too quick. Saw 3 plates x 16 as I was scrolling through the last page.

I'm honestly not trying to judge OP. I gained a chitton of weight right after college going balls deep into career mode, and know the road back from obesity is a pain in the ass. And that's considering I did lift before and know about nutrition. I can only imagine how hard it is in his position.

If he is not a troll, he should not be on misc. Definitely needs help in all the departments you mentioned.

Breh, I am not difficult to deal with. If you wanna make a point then make it. I listen. I just have difficulty dealing with the trolls because I don't like to play back.

Nobody here has/is trolling you.

I've lost count how many threads you've made that get hijacked by people rightfully saying you should lose weight. But, instead of doing that, you ignore them and make another thread. A few days ago you made one about females miring you. Mate your 27 and weigh 330 ****ing pounds.

Youcan still make strength gains and lose weight. You will look and feel great. But until you do that, you will have 'trolls' commenting on your weight every time. They are simply doing it because your wasting your best years away.

Breh, I am on doggcrapp training. It is a mass building routine. And it includes mandatory cardio, frequency to taste. I would feel sorry for all you if you really thought I was claiming to be "cutting" rn lol.

First page you said you haven't lost any weight in weeks. I honestly can't see much of a difference between the two pics you posted so far. Isn't it just common sense to prioritize losing weight over gaining strength if you are obese?

So you are recomping? Working on building muscle, burning fat simultaneously?

Will do. When I get my life together I'll throw up an initial post for reference. I'm competing against the fatcel that has lived inside me for so long, lol. But healthy competition against someone else never hurt.

Don't try to use logic with this guy, he's completely delusion/insane with just enough IQ to claim that he's not (everything is a strawman, apparently). Look at his post history of completely disjointed and contradictory posts.

I see a lot of people trying to offer advice and you never give a straight response. You say what you are doing is working but maybe some people here have legit ideas on how you can go about it better/more efficiently

Gotcha. Maybe lead with that then. Because as soon as you say "recomp" I think people will get where you are coming from. My signature says I am cutting but I am basically finally counting my calories and not eating like a total fatty for the first time in my life. Feels good to be putting on muscle or at least being able to see it with the fat coming off..

Good luck with your goals bro.

If a tree falls in the forest and no one is around, does it make a sound?

I'm starting to think that you are choosing to maintain obese body mass because you don't have the discipline to adhere to a strict weight loss program, and you're afraid to find out.
