Good luck with your goals bro.
diet and cardio advice online is usually solid, but the lifting advice is so bad that it makes me cry blood. if you ask me, you should try something like what im doing.

I'm starting to think that you are choosing to maintain obese body mass because you don't have the discipline to adhere to a strict weight loss program, and you're afraid to find out.
no, i am not doing anything of the such. i do not cheat more than one meal per week and am doing daily cardio, and i see a big difference. i have already stated that when the progress slows down like this, i will consider a new approach.

I started with the Fierce 5 Intermediate program that was suggested to me in the stickies (I know, straight to intermediate program, what an idiot. What can I say, I'm ambitious). It has regularly kicked my ass but I am making gains and seeing results. Not interested in changing until I see my results diminishing.

I think the question may be is it really working. Either way it's obvious you're planning to stick to your guns so set a goal and give it hell

At your weight and supposedly level of activities, eating 2500 Cal a day (if I recall correctly), you should be losing 2-3 pounds of fat a week. Your weight hasn't changed, you are claiming that this is because you're gaining muscles at an equal rate as your fat loss. No body gains 2-3 pounds of lean muscles in a week.

Numbers not adding up sweet cheeks.

ok, well i always heard good reviews about doggcrapp training since day one. once i realized i was still thick after 2 years of no lifting i felt worthy enough to give it a go and i am not disappointed the least bit.

i just go by the mirror. if its not a practical enough change for me to see if in the mirror, then its for ****. and i honestly see im getting bigger/leaner. i have spun my wheels before, so i know good progress when i see it.

keep in mind i am not actively trying to drop sheer weight here, but since this is going to be my career someday, the cutting should be done. i just want to bring up some lagging muscle groups for now. the diet and cardio will improve my health in the meantime.

At this size this is going to be a long term process and I recommend NOT rushing it for two reasons. 1) With the amount you are going to lose cutting hard and fast dramatically increased the odds of lose skin whereas slower steady loss minimizes it and 2) the body adapts to the changes you make and if you make things super strict and low calorie early on you will have a harder time coaxing continual progress. I see progress between the pics so good job, you've made your start.

I recommend you measure your gut at the belly button regularly and use this as the main gauge of fat loss. You can measure more stuff but this is the essential minimum. Your goal is to knock off an inch or two and that's what you focus on until you do it then you aim for another inch or two and so on. You want to do the smallest changes possihle that will create that change so you have room to go further as you progress to break plateus and not drive yourself crazy with stress either. Diet wise (I know this is a pain but it's necessary) I want you to log everything you are eating, as you are eating now,,for a full 7 days. Just the way you are eating that brought the changes so far. Use an something like my fitness pal if you like it's pretty convenient when you get used to it. Then keep measuring your belly. As long as it is going down weekly, even a little, keep doing what you are doing. When progress stops start adjusting the diet. Drop 500 calories, keep the protein high, find tune and reevaluate in another week. Again your looking for the minimum change to create the next bit of progress. This will keep you going long term, giving you time to adopt new habits with positive reinforcement from the progress.

Training wise I'm not crazy about the routine but as long as you are striving to be progressive in your weights it'll serve it's role during you body transformation. Fight to lift more when you can but don't stress if strength regresses at times, it's natural during this phase and you'll get it all back and more when you've leaned out and are ready to lean bulk. Plus there's a good chance that when your lean your natural test levels will be much higher because higher bodyfar perecntages bring it down so don't worry about any shortbterm strength loss you will eventually be stronger and look and feel so much better.

You can do this just focus on the one step at a time and NEVER GIVE UP. Lots of people have succeeded and you can too and you are at a great age to do it.
breh, im not cutting, and i'm not such a dumb ass to think id lose fat as fast i would if i was cutting. this is a BODY RECOMPOSTION and it has been working very well and i am not going cut simply because i want to do what i want and that's gain muscle. ya'll can ask God why you think I'm not going to lose fat doing cardio everyday.

people dont like fat people and that's fine - take note as to what type of person i am if i openly put pictures of it online. so if people want to take a bite thats their irresponsibility and i will usually end up babying these types. ya'll think i have audacity to do this well why are ya'll ignoring the part where i didnt get adverse with one person ITT? i dont entertain the trolls because i dont want to be broken down. its like some of you are on a mission to see if i have feelings under there or something like its some great mystery of mankind. smh

IF is a personal choice for diet adherence, don't have an issue with it but your IF calories for someone at 330lbs were whack and you mentioned nothing about days at maintenance

It's super easy to cut tbh. People make it hard fo no reason. It becomes hard when you're cutting and maintaining lean mass, but then again I can counter argue that, even if you lose lean muscles during your cut, it will recover fast from muscle memory, so just cut and don't give a **** about gains for now
