No offense intended but not everyone CAN achieve what I have or what I will in a few more years' time and it's not for everyone. Good (not great) genetics plus training like a maniac equal these results.

350 bench LOOL (did this at 19, hurt my wrist that day and have learned since flat barbell bench is a very awkward move for me that doesn't do much for my pec development, so I doubt I'll go over 3 plates again ever)
545 squat, 500x8 (no belt, wraps, anything like that)
600 deadlift, 500x10 (same, no belt etc)
I have an umbilical and hiatal hernia I live with so I doubt the squat and deadlift are gonna get any higher until I get those repaired. I just focus on repping 5pps now, wanna hit 20 reps on each as a lifetime goal.

Bench is up to about 350 but I have been working on getting it up because it was lagging. 600 dead/squat is a a definite goal for me so once I get some stuff sorted out in life and I can get a more consistent training program like I used to set up I plan on grinding it out as hard as I can. If I can get 4/5/6 plates at least for my big 3 I'd be more than happy for someone my size. Also 250 would be MASSIVE. Keep it up man. Thanks a bunch man, hoping I'll feel YUUGE at 250.
