Yup, when not tall guys get bulky, they tend to look as wide as they are tall; with the result they look short/er.

I've felt uncomfortable in my skin as long as I can remember, srs. My very first memories I felt like I should look differently, I mean like 3 years old and ever since. When I found lifting something just clicked.

No offense intended but not everyone CAN achieve what I have or what I will in a few more years' time and it's not for everyone. Good (not great) genetics plus training like a maniac equal these results.

Definitely agree and that's why I have so much respect for anyone with a physique like yours. You look great. I just personally don't think it'd suit me. Have a feeling I could reach a size like that if I used some of the tools out there to help get to that size but I'm ok with where I'm at. Still wanna put on another 10-15 lbs but I doubt I'll want too much extra. Mirin though. What are your lifts?

Thanks a bunch man, hoping I'll feel YUUGE at 250. You have a great frame and great proportions, just keep it up. If I'd stayed away from darn weighted ab exercises when I was younger my taper would be a lot better but hopefully after a few years of just bodyweight moves for core and some vacuum training I can bring it back down.

350 bench LOOL (did this at 19, hurt my wrist that day and have learned since flat barbell bench is a very awkward move for me that doesn't do much for my pec development, so I doubt I'll go over 3 plates again ever)
545 squat, 500x8 (no belt, wraps, anything like that)
600 deadlift, 500x10 (same, no belt etc)

I have an umbilical and hiatal hernia I live with so I doubt the squat and deadlift are gonna get any higher until I get those repaired. I just focus on repping 5pps now, wanna hit 20 reps on each as a lifetime goal.

Thanks I appreciate it and that's insane man. One day hopefully I can get there. I messed up my back a while back so I hadn't been pushing too hard on my squat and deads for the past few years and my strength had basically stalled at 465 and 535 one each. Bench is up to about 350 but I have been working on getting it up because it was lagging. 600 dead/squat is a a definite goal for me so once I get some stuff sorted out in life and I can get a more consistent training program like I used to set up I plan on grinding it out as hard as I can. If I can get 4/5/6 plates at least for my big 3 I'd be more than happy for someone my size. Also 250 would be MASSIVE. Keep it up man.

Appreciate it bro! Yeah most people don't realize just how long it takes to really develop and want "shortcuts" -- I've been training for 13 years now and still have plenty of room to grow
