Just got mine a few days ago.
Have had more fun on Zelda and Mario kart than any game since halo 3. With that said, would recommend waiting til more games.

Mario Rabbids is a day one for me, I love strategy games like this. Splatoon 2 is great of course. We gotta make a misc crew.

They warned me because it happened in-game. I got the warning 3x within like 2 days. If it happens so many times in a row they block you from online for a bit. Rules to be you.

I wanna say im fairly decent on ranked in all 3 modes. Went into League with a buddy.....holy hell did we get worked. Won maybe 1 or 2 games out of the initial 7

Still debating whether I should get Mario + Rabbids. I didn't like XCOM at all, and this seems similar. But I don't want to miss out on the Amazon Prime 20% discount for new games. Would be nice to be able to play a demo.

Been playing Sonic Mania which is fun in short bursts.

Really hoping they come out with Bastion and Terraria for Switch.

Still waiting for Mario Party.

Didn't Amazon change it to where only pre-orders get the 20% discount?

I stopped buying my games through Amazon because everything Nintendo I've ordered through them has arrived late. On top of that they give me the most ridiculous excuses for why I didn't receive my items on release day.

I signed up for Best Buy's Gamer Club and received Splatoon 2 early on release day.

Yeah, apparently the cartridges aren't cheap. The 32 GB cart allegedly costs more than $20.

Personally, I don't have a problem with the "Switch Tax" as long as the digital versions are cheaper. I figure with 3rd party games, I can wait until they go on sale and still take advantage of Best Buy's 20% off. For example, I Just bought Lego City Undercover for $24 last week.

Hopefully the trend where publisher's include extras with the cartridge version continues. This is apparently how they are getting around Nintendo's (alleged) price parity rule.

Decent Nintendo Direct.

Super Mario Odyssey seems like it's going to be a huge game both in size and obviously popularity.

Doom and Wolfenstein coming to the Switch IMO is a big deal. I know a lot of people have been wanting FPS games for the Switch. Unfortunately I can't play shooter games in handheld mode. That alone may stop me from getting these game for the Switch since I mostly use it in handheld mode.

Like may others, I was really hoping they'dfinallyannounceVirtualConsole. However, theArcadeArchive games will suffice, for now. I can hardly wait to play VS. Super Mario Bros!

I wonder if they are moving away from VC to AA to avoid having people complain that they should get them for free on the Switch if they've already purchased them in VC on the Wii or Wii U?

So far my gaming on the switch has been 90% Mario Kart (some Graceful Explosion Machine), getting Sine Mora EX and Mario Odyssey soon, and Wolfenstein 2 hopefully will be good. Things are looking really good. I still have Zelda to play as well, for my very limited gaming time, that's enough for a long time.

I hadn't really played video games in probably 5 years, no way to sit on a couch or in front of the computer for any length of time to game, but the switch is a game changer for somebody like me.
