unless youre in totality or near it it wasnt that impressive. in michigan we were getting 83%. and i couldnt even look up srs.

5 minutes prior to peak time here i got a text from my eye doctor warning me that dark sunglasses will not help you

unless you're wearing a welding mask, most of the 3d eye glasses are made in china POS's. would not trust that chit/10

I put on sunglasses then solar shield glasses over those and only did a quick glance or two. Waste of time honestly.

The weather channel was beyond cringe to watch when the eclipse occurred. The reporter started crying on air and said her breath was "literally taken away" lol.

......why?

We only had a partial eclipse by me. Oh well.

had no glasses but pawned a pair off some random guy for a couple minutes. impressed/10. only a partial eclipse in canada but still cool

also beware of scammers trying to sell glasses to you last minute. Lol'd and told some guy to his face his glasses were chit and i didnt trust them. brb paying $5 to lose my eyesight

Just me and one other at my work, it got so dark the street lights kicked in and the power company that is across from us was blaring "Dancing in the Moonlight" while everyone was singing and carrying on, was kinda funny.

Real bad storms overhead, could only see about 80% before clouds took it all away ;(

Eastern wa brah here. I think we were like 93% or some chit. Cooled off, got a little darker, kinda eerie. That was it. Could have gone to Oregon to watch but traffic would have been a nightmare. Going to Vegas next week instead.
