That's not necessarily true. More informed doctors give better advice. Never forget your doctor works for you. Learn to shop around, and choose wisely.

I have taken Creatine and Protein Powder for about 10 years, last 5 years haven't "cycled" off at all, just last year had a kidney test/work done etc just to see and they didn't see anything bad, so I'm going to continue. Something like 3-4 scoops of protein and 15-20g of creatine.

None of that should be harming you. I would just try to cut it down to 2 scoops of whey and replace with some real food

Did you get vitamin D levels tested? You are probably taking more than you should unless blood test says you are that low. Also get a brand that has K2 with it.

Why are you taking so much fish oil? 2-4 grams is more than enough if you regularly eat fish and avoid processed crap.

Whey protein is just a processed convenience food. Do you really need 2-3 scoops every day? That's kind of ridiculous. Eat more whole foods.

I am not against all Multi vitamins but research suggests most of them don't do anything or can even be harmful. You would probably do better eating more vegetables.

IDK what kind of joint supplement you are taking but its probably BS too. Maybe replace the whey with collagen protein.

Creatine is legit but more of a nootropic than any big benefit you get in the gym.
we have not spent the last 65 million or so years finely honing our physiology to watch Oprah. Like it or not, we are the product of a very long process of adaptation to a harsh physical existence, and the past couple centuries of comparative ease and plenty are not enough time to change our genome. We humans are at our best when our existence mirrors, or at least simulates, the one we are still genetically adapted to live. And that is the purpose of exercise. - Mark Rippetoe
