Not really, most the punches he landed were almost 0% power, complete love taps that maywether stopped bothering to even block or slip. Conner snapped maywethers head back once with that uppercut early but that's the only truly significant strike he landed except that one body shot in the latter rounds. I actually excpected conner to have more pop, most his punches were awful and looked worse than an amature would throw.

I think technique and judgement go a long way in how much "endurance" a boxer has. I didn't watch the fight but I'm sure as an inexperienced boxer McGregor was throwing alot of pointless punches that his more experienced counterpart would know not to throw. This in turn gasses him. Boxing is also about being efficient and I don't think one can learn perfect boxing technique in less than a year.

Especially worldwide, boxing is still much bigger. Theres a reason that guys who cant compete at top levels in boxing go to mma. I lke mma a lot but the ufc is the biggest promotion by far and right now it's not looking that good for the future. They have a lh weight champ suspended for peds again, a hw division that is so watered down no one cares anymore, a lw divison held up because the champ wanted to go box, a ww champ that no one wants to watch, and to have an intresting title fight at middle weight, they have to bring friggen gsp back.

You could see Conor gas around the 4 round. He slowed down, taking deep breaths.

Meanwhile Mayweather, a 40 year old, was fresh as a spring morning all fight.

It's obvious Mayweather is doping. I don't blame him, his biggest rival Pacquiao, who he dominated, is a notorious doper.

Now, with McGregor's chitty gas tank, Mayweather may have still won if he was clean. And there's no doubt a prime McGregor could NEVER beat a prime, clean Mayweather in boxing.
But Mayweather was sharp, fresh, quick, and 40. Not even suspicious, it's straight up obvious.

I had no expectation of him giving Mayweather anything approaching a good fight, but he did that.
His gas tank let him down, and that is ultimately his fault, and Mayweather knew it would happen.

Lol@ people who truly believe Conner got his ass kicked. Fatigue kicked his ass, Even being deathly tired, Floyd still couldnt put him on the ground.
