Listen to more good music brah, it helps srs.

Go run on a mountain with some good tunes playing, smell the forestry, embrace the view, and enjoy the burn.

These days man I can't even motivate myself for a warm up never mind a session in the gym or a run... which is the opposite of how I used to be I was dedicated in the past even though I didn't really enjoy training

Hit 6'2" 220lbs 10-13% but never felt like I'd hit my goals even at my peak, can't ever see me getting over 200lbs again now

Just don't want to be the jacked guy at the beach with the thin blonde girl any more... I'd be happier just being a fat chit walking around with a chubby lass eating icecream lmao

From when I started adding cardio to the workouts, stopped filling this chit in after a couple months but that was 3 years after I started lifting and I would have been around 195-205lbs so not built like a cyclist, doing this chit on a chitty £10 2nd hand road bike I found on gumtree

each entry is one day, was going out there smashing it on a Saturday, but averaging it over a whole month even though I only went out like 4 times a month

Stopped cardio and lifting halfway through 2015 after 5.5 years

Fuk that spreadsheet. Should have installed Strava on your phone.

I used to do a bit every Sunday morning. Biggest ride I did was 50 miles-ish.

Biggest mistake I made was deciding to commute to work and back on the roadbike. I did it for 6 months until one day the rear hub locked up and then thought "fuk this, I'm getting a 2nd car".

Ever since then my passion for recreational cycling has been destroyed.

HOWEVER - I still watch the big races on TV and La Vuelta is coming to an end now and Froome is closing in on the win. He'll be the first to win the TDF & the Grande Vuelta in the same year in history if he does it.

Compelling for me to watch.

I ride my bike on a rollers now at the end of each workout. Bit of a sprint and that's about it.

Yeah I could never commute on a bike, I wanted to keep it fun so just did it on weekends but it made my taint hurt need a week to recover from that cos I still wanted to have babies one day lmao

I think the longest ride I did was to Blackpool and back which is one hell of a run but there's some decent pubs along the way for a pub lunch and a pint to keep the motivation up, plus you never peddle harder than when you're running away from crackheads

Hey op, hope you feel better soon. Have you tried taking up a team or combat sport, sounds silly but BJJ gave me a couple of hours a few times a week where I had to focus on something other than how crappy I felt and the team aspect/having to talk to people helped too. Hope things improve for you soon.

Go for a jog or a hike. Runners high is real. Especially if you happen to have some brisk fall weather right now. Its basically a bad mood killer for me. It really helps brah and you can be alone and think

It's the human natural condition, like the laws of entropy

With zero effort you revert back to that - BMI somewhere in the normal to the top end of overweight/just shy of obese

Anorexia/obesity/being stacked AF are all just different forms of body dysmorphia really, I don't think it's possible to be happy while trying to maintain it... not for any length of time anyway
