^^looked alot like here in Perry GA today I swore a palm tree here was going to snap in half it looked bent almost 45 degree's

Not even man, this was just a tropical storm! 30-40 mph sustained winds with 60 mph gusts according to local weather station

I'm still alive !!!!!

We dodged a bullet. I live on the river here and ended up with water in my garage and house but not much. Still I was lucky for being so close to the water. Sandbags slowed it down but didn't stop it.

No worries. Shop vac and mopping for seven hours took care of it for the time being. I'm grateful as many lost their homes completely.

I hope brahs here are doing well. We are without power, but that's the way it is. I'm relieved in many ways. I hope we don't see another major hurricane for a long time.

I have never seen Riverside / 5 Points with that much water........ literally waves from the river were going blocks into the neighborhoods

Woke up Monday morning, and just about I'm about to give my report on the storm, I hear two small explosions outside and the power goes out. A transformer or two must have blown out. Been out of power until now. It sucked.

Winds had picked up Monday morning, rain was going back and forth. It all died down later Monday, and today it's sunny. It's all over. Finally.

my power is back, and my internet is back. Irma was nothing to miami. No flooding for us, as I said....just a bunch of downed trees everywhere. Although we did get lucky because irma went West and didn't hit us directly like projected.
