Zero logic and facts in any of this nonsense rebuttal. Veganism is superior, period.

K1 doesn't convert to K2 adequately.
Good luck getting enough vitamin D3 through seasons where the sun doesn't penetrate. Veganism = soft bones = rickets.
Omega 3's responsible for lowering LDL, but somehow don't because you said animal products are the sole cause of clogged arteries and only a vegan diet can cure it.
Egyptians were mostly vegan yet died from heart disease
Imagine my face when someone tells me fat, not carbohydrates (sugar), is responsible for insulin resistance like it isn't a fukking process where your body is overloaded with sugar, which leads to fat build up from insulin telling your body not to burn fat.
No mentioning of Omega 6 in any of your ramblings despite it being a known precursor for heart disease (coincidentally being the highest fatty acid part of a vegan diet).
Absorption rate of most fat soluble vitamins is absolutely chit without some sort of fat (Vitamin A, for example), and good luck getting vegetable fat without the aforementioned omega 6 fatty acid in a ratio of at least 16:1 6/3.
Fist. your. self.

ahh okay solid point, absolutely nailed it. The amount of autist flowing from your posts is overwhelming. The only sound thing you've said is "fist yourself" (which btw, why do you feel the need to end every post with that? Fukkin weirdo), either way - in this case please take your own advice lmao. Pls go.

Pick one. I'll stick to consuming meat, tubers, and leaves like my ancestors did, with the added bonus of being white and able to digest milk.

I'd pay extra to know that my groceries came from animals ethically treated but so many companies are able to tell half-truths and advertising is full of lies.

It's nice that you care and all but it's not going to make you stop having a nice juicy steak is it, unless this has suddenly made you vegetarian. I doubt it.-Mother gives birth to her calf in horrific chit conditions

Repped numerous people ITT. It truly is disgusting how we're torturing, raping and killing other sentient creatures, simply for our own selfish gain. You don't even need to remove dairy/meat from your diet, just reducing your consumption will greatly help but most people can't be bothered.

Didn't read all the replies and I definitely eat a ton of cheese and meat but surely there has to be better ways when we're supposed to be the civilized people of the world (Not counting lab meat we may have in the future).

lol at ancient humans not being able to get some essential amino acids from plant sources until the agricultural era.
- Phenylalanine
- Humans are naturally vegan
pick 1.
For nuts and seeds argument:
- Phytic Acid
- Nutrient absorption

The real question here is how them Mexicans sneak their way into Australia?

Seems we've loosened the definition a bit far if that's the case.

Basically they put the pig sideways in a cage so small it can't do anything but lie down there for its entire life. Lots of them poor pigs become apathic and/or completely crazy of boredom. I feel like eating less pig these days, luckily european countries have a restriction for how long the pig can be there and in Sweden it's completely banned. Hence why I only buy swedish pork these days.

Meat production is the most environmentally destructive practice that humans do today, and it's not even close. For anyone who hasn't yet, watch the documentary linked up on this page called "Cowspiracy." I also reccomend:
This doesn't only harm animals, it harms people too.
This issue is by far one of the biggest facing humanity as it stands. This subject also brings out incredible amounts of resistance and cognitive dissonance out of people because they are so attached to their bad and destructive habits.

We just don't, same as I believe Hindu's don't eat beef, Muslims don't eat pork, etc.
None of that disproves that animals aren't here in some capacity for our consumption.
As a matter of fact if you really wanna think about it that way I'm sure there are some things in your house that used animal products.
Even if not, the wood in whatever you have put some birds and squirrels out of a home.
