Cities need to send a stern message in these situations, activate all city police, loud speaker announce anyone arrested will be charged with felony rioting and to vacate the area, give them 30 seconds the start racking up the felony rioting charges.

While I don't agree with people protesting this case just because the guy that got shot was black, I do understand people have the right to organize and peacefully protest. Once those protests stop being peaceful, National Guard should have been deployed.
