Just bought a new apartment..lets try some positivity..
Completed today. 90 second commute, literally, main reason for buying. One bed, 4th floor with balcony (new balcony brah..). Whilst it's pretty new it does need a bit of decorating to my taste. Oh, and it's in the middle of a uni campus lol, young fluff everywhere. Will link some pics..

Interest rate 1.69% that tracks the Bank of England base rate. Bit lower than it would be as had a good deposit from selling my previous jointly owned property
