Yes, American blacks, because their ancestors, and I mean ancestors as early as 60 years ago were treated worse than dogs. You see, for hundreds of years they were disparaged, so giving them a bit of help is only fair. You posted the stats yourself, the difference in in LSAT scores between a white person and a black person who would be given the benefit of affirmative action was less than 10% on average. It's not like they're taking black high school drop outs and allowing them to get into prestigious institutions while denying whites with all the right credentials.

Look I told you my main gripe in universities isn't even affirmative action. It's hollisitic systems that have 2 percent of the country thousands of times overrepresented over 60 percent of the country, while also having effective restriction quotas on every other group. Oh and the whole left wing ideology taking precedence or actual academic merit. So my main gripes are corruption and ethnic favoritism at the elite levels of our country. But I'm sure you think my group is doing all that at the elite levels.
