I have been 230 and 200 in the last year. I am only marginally stronger at 230 and a fat tub of shiit and I can't breathe when I sleep. At 200 I can run a 42 min 6 mile. It's baffling that anyone would prefer someone to be less fit, but that's your preference. My wife says I look stronger at 230 but way better at 200, just in my face alone.

I have been 230 and 200 in the last year. I am only marginally stronger at 230 and a fat tub of shiit and I can't breathe when I sleep. At 200 I can run a 42 min 6 mile. It's baffling that anyone would prefer someone to be less fit, but that's your preference. My wife says I look stronger at 230 but way better at 200, just in my face alone.

200 is definitely not unhealthy. 230 if it's partially muscle isn't unhealthy. Only if you eat chit and don't exercise I guess. My husband has the diabeetus and had a slipped disc in his back from the "extra weight" but I don't believe the doctors in the opinion that the weight caused it. I think the diabeetus is just because it runs in his family.
As for his blood pressure it's fine at 147/95.
He can walk one mile in 35 minutes and is only very slightly out of breath after sex (but that's to be expected with skinny guys too) he has maybe a Coke or two a day, usually diet. Now besides bodybuilders, you tell me who is healthier than that??

GGW, you're basically going with the norms of society. The only fallacy is you thinking you're opinion on this is unique. Once the glow starts to dim....women in general tend to gravitate towards dad-bods. There's a lack of self-awareness going on here.
