That feel when you ran away from the army, but low key its pretty legit minus the dumb ****.

Just saw a girl get punched in a club yesterday, received a bloody nose. Not a single dude intervened or helped her, and only other chicks came to her aid after the dude left. Which was... interesting.
Low and behold, i didn't feel the need to do anything either. I rarely extend any effort to be of service to a slut in the current day and age. 5 or 6 years ago, it might have been a different story. I'm thinking that the lack of chivalry here is a part of a growing resentment for women (which is completely deserved) considering the current climate of male / female relationships right now - i.e. women exhibiting their most c*ntish and entitled traits on full display without shame. Perhaps there are some repercussions to their behaviour after all in the form of a feedback loop. As in men aren't nearly as chivalrous as they once were.

Pretty sure you have to be 2+ years in the SF community to do the 18F thing bruh. Could be wrong but that's what they told me. The seasoned guys do the 18F and 18Z stuff.
And yes, I agree about leaving the army and now regretting it. Hopefully the SF community doesn't have dumb army **** although I'm sure it's all the same when it comes to that stuff.

I don't see why 18F/Z require 2 years of SF experience. Already MOS-Q'ed as a 35 series. Hell Im doing SOT-A lol so I dont see what the issue would be.

Anyway in accordance with the threads purpose, I've since entering University been studying for most of the day. In conjunction with classes I probably am doing 12-13h of studying per day.
Its done me quite good, really given that I wasn't nearly as productive in HS. The desire to be insanely productive came from a documentary I was watching on J.P. Morgan. His father Janius had him hold a million dollars, and then told him to learn how to earn it himself. I thought about it for a bit, and decided that I want to learn how to earn it myself.
The only downside is that this has limited my socialization to mostly my classmates, as I've been enthralled in my studies since I got here.

Dunno what topic you're studying or what kind of grades you need, but let me tell you that studying 24/7 can really burn you out in the long term. After 4-5 semesters of grind mode, my social skills went to absolute **** and I started getting these brain fogs that never went away until school ended in the summer. Make sure you're doingsomethingsocial - unless you need grades for med school or something, LDAR mode isn't the way to go.

I'll note that it's not really full LDAR mode. In the classes I get a lot of social interaction participating in all the debates and discussions, I also go out every other weekend and do things (I.e. over the course of the previous weekend I went out to dinner with some folks and watched a movie, I'm going to NYC with some folks 2 weeks from now as well.). But since I don't want to be at this University at all, I'll take limited social interaction so that I can leave.

I became one of the go-to guys for projects and homework over the last year after people found out I really know my ****. But the only thing these people ever want to talk about is school, because that's the only thing anyone would want to reach out to me for - there's no common ground to talk about otherwise. I legit don't remember the last conversation I had that wasn't about academics. Class debates and stuff are good, but you need to have a reason to interact with these people that's not centered around that.
Transferring schools - you on dat CC crew? If so, ignore the above, **** a social life, and get out of there ASAP.
Not hating at all BTW. I'm just telling you the stuff that I wish someone had told me when I first mentioned that 12 hour study days were a great idea. There's lots I wish I had done differently.

Whew lads. I sometimes wish I thought more emotionally because maybe then I could mesh more with people. When I present any sort of point or argument its very black/white and fact filled. Historically this has often times rubbed people wrong, because hard facts hurt apparently. That said over the past few years I've truly stepped up my social game (which probably resulted in the few lays and 1 gf. Today I made a social media post about that "me too" thing concerning sexual assault. I essentially said we need to ensure people have confidence to fight back to protect themselves and report in a timely manner so sexual predators cannot keep up their nonsense.
Somehow that translates into "otaku is blaming people for being assaulted". **** storm ensued.
That moment when someone tried to molest me when I was 11 years old but "I dont know what its like".
About to drink some whiskey and read Nietzsche

Talking to people is so draining. The cognitive bias's and informal fallacy makes me literally close my eyes and sigh.

I don't mind the study, even if it's not needed. I think it'll benefit me greatly, as I'll have a good transcript for the year.
I'll cut it down to 9-10h a day after I transfer, I think.

Somehow that translates into "otaku is blaming people for being assaulted". **** storm ensued.
That moment when someone tried to molest me when I was 11 years old but "I dont know what its like".
About to drink some whiskey and read Nietzsche
This's one of the reasons I never use FB, people these days are way too sensitive.

It's hard to actually have to think about your position. Low IQ's can't handle that sort of workload.

So not much really gets to me emotionally but boyos I just had a moment. Some of you may be aware but I went from living in the suburbs to living in government housing n the ghetto due to substance abuses problems in my family. That said I was always the odd man out in the hood during the time I lived there. Khakis, polos, nice shoes, anime hoodies, "acting white" and etc. Might as well have had a target on my back saying "Hey guys Im not from here !@#$ with me" while living in the hood.
Constantly was getting tried, people starting fights, trying to rob me, and etc. Literally every day after school I had to figure how I was walking home so I didnt venture through Crip/Blood territory and get my ass beat because I wasn't down with a set. That said apparently I got a reputation of "not being a bitch" so people knew I was gonna fight back. Eventually it stopped and I got street respect I guess. Anyway I got jumped by a group of dudes years ago and they tried to rob mw (money, PSP, cd player, etc) but I took that ass whooping and went out swinging instead of giving my **** up. Guy apparently had been following my online posts and posted this. Honestly its pretty dope someone that someone went from a guy that wasnt trying to clown me to a guy that went from respecting me and saying that I've helped him out.

EDIT: I cannot wait to go to MEPs. Praying its smooth and the doctors don't try to screw me over. Honestly I think the reason I've done so poorly in dating is simply...I just don't do well with people. The only time I've ever felt at peace is when I was siting in some poppy field or on the side of some mountain with my boyos. Maybe thats the X factor for alot of us. Its not that we are FA'er social retards, but merely our personalities are geared towards a time other than modern society. Imo I would have done with in a hunter/gatherer society or during the crusades.....
Or maybe Im crazy and the whiskey is kicking in.

I get told weekly that something is off with me compared to other people. I get told all the fcking time that if the world was ending, I'd be the guy everyone wants around. They trust me, want me to have their back, know I'd fck up anyone trying to hurt them, can do medicine, can fight, can run, can build, can whatever....yet I'm the odd one out when it comes to **** all the time. My mind is always ready for the fight, never oblivious to the world around me like everyone else seems to be. It's been a rough adult life trying to fit into modern society, don't honestly think I ever will to be honest. Maybe you're in the same boat.

If you still have those ideals, then kudos to you for staying an optimist.
A touchy subject such as sexual assault will always immediately be divisive.
At the first hint that you're not part of what the media/bloggers/bull**** activists are promoting, there will be backlash.
Could also have mild aspergers.
