Just LMAO at waiting in line. 65k is chump change to me and to banks. If you’re truly rich, like I, you know somebody in h bank that will invite you into their office with great honor to do what you need to do but that’s only for setting up a new line otherwise I can just call em real quick and they’ll do what I need to be done. Chit I do minimal 185k dollar figure transactions every week through my app no questions asked and that’s just routine. LOL.

LMAO at the peasantry that OP is, waiting in line just LMAO

Edit: OP is new money if you would even call 65k “money”

OP, from what I gather, your parents bought you a trailer on the res. and gave you 50k? I don't understand why you make so many threads about you and what you do with your money/trailer. I'm a year older than you and just inherited my recently deceased fathers' home worth 715k as of August 2017 and 200k~ atop of what I had saved already. I didn't earn it, I feel no different and I still think I'm a huge ******* who isn't better than any non-SJW, so why do you?

So we gonna act like I never acknowledged this in the thread or what?

Either way, $65k can't buy you much...unless you are buying in Nicaragua hehe

You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told you're a god or a total bastard. The iron always kicks you the real deal. Closing costs were like around $20k I think, so the rest was a down payment. Also put about $20k deposit when I initially expressed interest. It was new construction so you had to go through a process and timelines for payments.

Is it cheap where you are? 73% is a ton of equity to start, they probably gave you little interest.

Anything past $10k you enjoy the presence of the general manager and and a three way conversation with upper management over the phone around these parts. Cant the poor people just cash in the check at the atm, or is AUS different?

yeah i feel you on the construction phase. That is where i am at right now too, but they need my money to build the unit so it gets built when i finish paying it off. my loan is 1$k USD a month for 2 years 0% interest srs
the whole unit will cost me $89k to build
