His point doesn't seem to rest on someone offing him/herself, it's about patterns of behaviour that can be a cause for concern for people on internet forums who take posts relatively seriously. I do not believe internet forums are simply a place for "fun", which should be clear from my posting style. Whether or not you agree with US_Ranger's tone is a separate issue, to be clear, but questioning the basic concern being expressed is difficult, at least how I see things.
