OPie is just trying to rustle miscers: 95% of being under 25, unemployed or aspiring tradies who will probably never see $60,000 liquid in their entire lives. There's definitely people here taking it personally because they were / currently are taking welfare deposits.

Anyway grats to OPie for having a small war chest and building your unit on beach front in Nicaragua. I would go except 99% of Latin America scares me because of the crime.

The funny thing is once I have this condo paid off, I could be virtually financially independent.

1. No mortgage on trailer property
2. Rent out trailer
3. Use that rental income for walking around money in nicaragua
4. Keep letting the RRSP grow year over year(150k compounded over 40 years) by the time I pull out my retirement into old age is cover.

Life is good when you have options. Lol at you rustled plebs and welfies

Not a very smart thing to do since there are probably quite a few of your neighbors there from the trailer park and they may recognize you

Someone with an apartment raking in $1,500+/month could easily retire in most countries on Earth. People work 40 hours a week for $500 a month in Europe (see Eastern Europe and Balkans). There's English teachers in China only making $1,000 a month and yet they live better than most locals. So $1,500+ for sitting on your butt all day is loads of money.

but change that to Nicaragua and you're probably the .1% in local income. I remember being in Mexico and laughing at the cheap bread, fruit and other grocery prices.

The idea of living in the western countries is a bit of a scam. The westerners kind of shot themselves into the foot due to high minimum wage and high taxes on personal / corporate. When Toronto gets their new $15 minimum wage a Big Mac Meal will probably got $27 after taxes.

My block consists of

Millionaire furniture store/multiple property owner. Hence why they have an indoor pool in there backyard and live in a log cabin. ( vacation home, only there during summer )
And the others being a tradie, health care receptionist, and saw mill workers. Not a single welfie on my block

Canada is expensive as fuk, most new houses you can expect at least 250 300k and that's in a small town.

This is 89k USD I should have explained better.
But yeah this property is located in Nicaragua inside of a holiday all inclusive resort, so my unit will be rented out by the day hnnng

Ok...but I'm telling you anyway:

It means people who have nothing going on upstairs are usually the ones who enjoy bragging about themselves.

I'm not saying you're an idiot and are empty inside; but it's the vibe you're giving.

So learn some humility and stfu.

John McAfee tried Belize but I think part of the reason he left was because he couldn't find meet any HBBs, any white women or anyone cultured. That's it mayne!!

You have worked hard for that money and you should feel proud of yourself I don't think that's being an ******* or anything. Nothing wrong with that. People getting triggered over you causing people to stand outside in the rain? Lol sorry to say it but they are beneath you so why shouldn't they have to be punished s little?

Maybe if they weren't disgusting government leaches they could have been viewed as a priority customer and had been able to stand inside the warm heated bank.

I don't feel sorry for people on government assistance at all. They put themselves in that situation probably due to being drug Addicts. Everyone that's on assistance should be sent to government labor camps

Lmao if they want assistance they should have to WORK for it like the rest of us!

Also the international competition. Romanian / Ukrainian web cam girls can eat for $30 a month and a liter of vodka is $2.50. Most of them are living with Grandma or some kind of web cam warehouse.

Most guys have the same problem with internet jobs and having to compete against d00ds in India / Indonesia who can do the job for almost nothing. So westerners have to be extremely productive / efficient to break even and pull ahead.

Not sure if I can 100% believe. I think most of the "hot Latina women" are online photos from a few nightclubs. I certainly did not see any boner-inducing women in Mexico and I went to a fairly rich area too.

John McAfee went to Belize and was stuck to fat 3/10s. Meanwhile Silvio Berlusconi stayed in Europe and was banging HBBs.

Gotta respect OPs hustle, even if he comes off as an ass at times. But let’s be honest, who doesn’t on the misc doesn’t come off as an ass on the occasion. Most of us come from privileged backgrounds. It’s just that some of us make the best with that privilege and start to make gains like OP. Others like to stay inside and fap, play video games, and make threads about useless sloots.
Keep hustlin cuz and let the misc stay bitter jelly ****s

Lol this.

I can list several achievements that I've made (banking intern, MIT grad etc.). Looks like my life is pretty set. But then, in the grand scheme of things, I'm still a pleb. There will always be people who are richer, more knowledgeable, better in anything that I do.

Realistically I could get $800 a month and that's being on the conservative scale for where I live(not many homes in ratio to people)
And that's off a $9k building.
You live in a shoe box apartment(but who was backyard), and had to get a mortgage. Lmaooooooooo
