that guy must legit be a midget to look like that at 180 pounds.

since food is so available in our time, eating to pass the time/relieve stress/get that temporary feeling of pleasure is incredibly common. even if you stop going to the gym because of more responsibilities/life you shouldn't be getting fat like that unless you are overeating/eating ****.

Almost 45, married 12 years, 3 kid and nether myself or wife have gotten fat. I still spar 2-3 times a week and can keep up with some pretty good boxers.

It's all what you make of it. Life or a bad marriage can destroy a person if you let it. I was married before and if I stayed with my x-wife I'd be a miserable mess.

Its is own fuking fault...how did he get those children to begin with? Iv seen dozens of fathers learn how to balance their lives to eat right and still hit the gym to stay fit. Hes just doesnt have enough drive to do that.

I think that the main problem as we age is that testosterone goes down, so when we cut we lose a lot of muscle.

Real talk.
Why not have your wife stay at home and manage every aspect of Home life? That way you just work and she handles the rest. My family did it that way and everything worked well. Less work for both of you. You can do the reverse too. And just lay some neighborhood teenagers to mow the grass. Support new budding entrepreneurs.

Your choice though.
