Powerlifters are autistic and fat looking people.

Strong cope.

And LOL at the bag full of goodies they always bring around with them.
"The manlet is a savage beast that knows no moral bound. After falling in disgrace to a manmore, a ravaged manlet would not hesitate to come from behind and land a sucker punch/ swing with a rock to the back of a manmore's head. They are ruthless and you need to spend some more time in the gutter to even begin trying to comprehend what goes on in their minds."

Hurt by the aleeboy and need to cope? Go here for hugs: https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showthread.php?t=178724011

Massive amount of lifting in general is coping. Srs. Unless you're an athlete, 1-3 cardio sessions + 2-4 lifting sessions every week = enough.

If I've learned anything on the misc, it's that literally everything besides tongue-lashing buttholes and sucking nice, clean wieners, is cope and beta.

So actually, resistance training is more important in terms of longevity. Not to mention many of the cardiovascular adaptations from "C.v exercises" can be attained from lifting provided sufficient intensity

Much like anything else it can be taken too far.

If you are PLing to the point where you are injuring yourself for a 'sport' with zero actual payoff its probably time to hang up the singlet and do something more productive with your time.

Honestly, some of the responses in here are beyond laughable. Some of you literally could not show any more ignorance or be more wrong about every word that you so carefully typed out on the screen. I am baffled...truly baffled at the stupidity of a number of the responses in here.

I want to put something into perspective here.

You Arnolds and Lou Ferignos were more aesthetic than the freaks today. Honestly if were gay and no homo I would give it up to Lou and Arnold befroe Kai Greene and Jay Cutler. Todays bodybuilders are freakish and no better than powerlifters.

How is it cope? Assuming you are relatively lean, what is wrong with PL?
I am not a fan of 1-3 RM's, too demanding for a casual lifter.
