Exercise - Never let yourself get too out of shape at any point because it would be much harder to stay fit when you get older. Try and stay in the same 10 pound range as much as you can.

Women - This is a big one...do not lose yourself to a woman and do not put women on a pedestal. Looking back I wasted way too much time on unworthy women and all it did was take away from my time and happiness.
Always pass on what you have learned.
She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

I'm 31 and agree life has improved tremendously. Need to focus on developing yourself you'll remain sharp.

Only thing that I feel like I lack nowadays is male companionship. No homo. I have many close friends but they are scattered around the world. Talk often but only get to do a true mans hangout couple times a year. I feel like male championship and doing male activities are really important in life. I focus mainly on my work, health, businesses and relationships with gf/family. But I yourn for a nice clean penis (metaphorically) once in a while.

Also responsibility sucks but you learn to kick it's ass eventually and it becomes a good challenge.

Truth.

When I turned 40 I remember being 24 and being unable to see this far ahead. When you're 24, you feel like you're 24 forever. Part of this post was to show some people that aging is unavoidable and your mind will feel better, more secure and happier and that aging does not rot your body so rapidly in the way that the industry wants you to to believe it does. Def gets more difficult to maintain or add muscle but it's just another challenge that you need to rise up to.

I'm shocked at all the questions about TRT because I'm 40. This really shows how much of a pipe dream supplement and pharmaceutical companies are selling people. Not to mention the broscience that happens on forums. Test does not plummet with age the way they make you think it does. Most healthy men who are fit, stay active, eat right and supplement will NEVER need TRT. If you have been cycling AAS for 15 years with few breaks in between, well then that's a different story...

What's wrong with banging sloots? Y'all act like you can't have a good productive fulfilling life and pick up sloots once in a while. Are you mad he's rocking 40 better than you guys ever will, or is it something else?

Doesn't seem like OP is only focused on picking up sloots either, nor does he drink much, so I don't get the hate.

Its otherwise known as settling down. Despite the stylized romanticism typically associated with being a playboy in the movies, that sort of lifestyle is a sign of immaturity; and in the long run will eventually result in more physical and emotional harm than good.

Most guys recognize these types of one-night stands won't endure and eventually move to a more permanent relationships by the time they approach 30.

At 40 you will realize that you've spent years and years thinking that banging sloots will fulfill your life but it actually fulfills NOTHING.

Banging sloots is fun. It's instinctually exciting. It fulfills sexual desires. But it will never:

Make you happy.
Make you secure.
Make you feel accomplished.

I've got pretty high numbers man, and I can brag about how many sloots I've banged but I don't feel any better about myself because of it. How many chics I've banged means more to the men that feel banging sloots actually proves something than it means to me.

Very well said! Some men will realize it sooner than later, others will take longer to make that connection.

Right. Picking up sloots will be fun until age 70 but def not fulfilling. Every time I get the urge to bang one of my old side chics I try to remind myself that I've been there, done that and it's pointless. It's still tempting and still takes control to not do however.

well, 41 here.

Only thing I regret is not having settled down yet.

Investments / savings over the last 15 years have come to fruition and make $5 - $10k off them a month passively. Then I have my job.

Still good looking, youthful and athletic, have more chicks I than I can schedule, some of them half my age. Life seems somewhat surreal, makes it hard to think about settling down.

Looking good OP!

I’m 39; but I have kids, the house in the burbs etc. I have a bunch of nagging injuries so I kinda old some days, but on the plus side I’m lucky enough to finally have a bit of money to spend on toys/hobbies.

Anyway, good job brah
