I am set for life. AMA

2 properties that will be paid off within 2 years, and will have 0 debt by then

currently $150k sitting in a retirement account compounding it's dividends month over month(no longer need to contribute, by the time i am 65 it will be worth millions)

6 figure job, that isn't soul sucking, and enjoyable.

GF of almost 3 years, to which i am blessed she has put up with me for this long and still chooses to love me.

I started learning about investments and building websites off this forum and through that i learnt how to invest and connected with other investor through my website to help me make some financial gains. Misc is lulzy as fuk and i admit i like to start chit storms but its all for fun. life is good and busy, but these days i got more time to give back, as i am starting to reap the fruit of my labors of the past almost 5 years

yeah i don't let the misc get to my head, can guarantee i'm a pretty normal person who really enjoys having a good laugh. Misc is funny af, and i think you need a strange sense of humor to keep coming back. I lurk every now and then and even though i don't post as often as some of you i am always having a giggle. srs misc isn't as funny as it use to be, goat era was ghost bulk, poverty goat, sik pose bro, bmx chop etc.

I got friends but i am 27, I am in a time in my life where my peers are also have chit they need to do during that day, a.k.a spouse, family, second job, overtime...
I was drinking and watching sports all day with some coworker son sunday, lost my money on seahawks, and 49ers.

One of the properties is a trailer in a trailer park that his parents bought for him. Not the plywood skatersmp though, that was 100% op's doing.

The other is a flat in a developing country.
