Got an iPhone X. Just LOL at cellcels who are on that Android/Iphone 8 time.

Picked it up yesterday... walked out of the store and immediately felt like my life had been changed for the better.

BRB, giant screen, smaller body than the iphone 6/7/8 Plus
BRB, pickup the phone and it instantly unlocks
BRB, OLED screen
BRB, SLR looking selfie photos (blurred background)
BRB, Tap screen to check notifications on your desk
BRB, wireless charging desk cradle

If I was a chick and the guy still had a home button, I'd instantly nope him.

Cant stand the notch. literally the worst design aspect of the X

will wait for the next iteration (X2 or whatever) next year with (a) no notch, (b) better AMOLED display, (c) better FaceID

The notch contains all of the stuff that makes Face ID and the front portrait mode work. Unless they add a bezel, not sure how they get rid of it.

Anyway, I upgrade yearly, so I'm sure I'll get that one too. This is actually an upgrade from the 8+ I got the day it was released.

Had an iPhone X for 3 days. Returned for a note 8. Couldnt be happier. Always been an android guy but wanted to give the x a shot. Just awful.

Hardware is amazing. But the software experience is atrocious.

Need to add music to the phone? Add or remove photos? Sorry bro, need a 250mb install of iTunes to do anything.
Android? Just plug it in. It pops up like a flash drive. Drag and drop what you need.

iPhones are totally locked to how they can customize the home page. Every iphone homescreen looks identical (excluding wallpaper).
On android you can put icons/folders/widgets anywhere. icons on iphones MUST go to the top.

No headphone jack. Fast charging but they dont give you a fast-charger. Still include AUX headphones instead of lightning. Still not on typce-c (lol).

Its a nice phone but FAAAAAR from the top. iP8+ has a better battery. Same camera. Same processor. Better materials (the silver edge on the x is scratching easily).
