It'll easily be 2 and a half hours. Not sure about 3. There is an Avengers 4 coming out after Infinity War.

That's a writing challenge with multiple characters. But the fundamental is to have one main character (yes, you can have two but that gets tricky). At present I think X-Men did the best job of this.

All they needed was a slow build up. No rush.

Focus on building their core super heroes with solo movies and slowly expanding their cinamatic verse.

The Russo Brothers(Directors) said that the movie will focus on Thanos and how he's one step ahead of the Avengers in getting the infinity stones. They're using heist movies as inspiration.
