so Im guessing this is a natty or not thread....including cyclists makes these threads lame AF. If you cant look crazy good while riding, then you're a failure.
Carb Mal-absorption, no breads, sugary snacks, rice, pasta...live off of 30-40g a day.

The miracle of a competition tan...

I did two shows that year 6 weeks apart. The first show was at the beach out here and I took a pic of my tanned self on a beach...It was Over 45 Mens Physique, my first time competing in MP. I lost 9th out of 9.
I never looked that tan on a beach ever...usually a deep shade of pinkness.

6 weeks later I won Over 60 BB.
She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.
