I'm not really a hateful person but I see many whites (mainly older ones at my job) that just look at me with disgust and I can tell they treat me differently than how they treat white people. I work in a pharmacy and one of the pharmacist is a white lady and you can see the difference in how they treat her and how they treat me, my Pakistani coworker, and my El Salvadorian coworker. Yesterday there was an old white lady who wanted her meds and she did not even say hello, she just snapped at me about her meds that she wanted, lol.

same chit happens for sexism too...you have to be 2x as good as a girl for a job...thankfully most girls are too stupid to do anything technical, so you still aren't forced to compete with too many of them, but ultimately, if a girl is slightly less qualified than a guy, they will still choose the girl over the guy pretty much always in the tech industry.

I'm not saying discrimination against black people doesn't happen. Obviously, you can look at the justice system and see that there is a lot of discrimination against black people in this country. But I think the right way to fight racism is to fight it ON ALL LEVELS. Not just advocate for one side. We need to all stop making everything about race. Focus on fixing the systemic problems that exist in the society. And also, we need to just straight up accept that there are statistically significant differences among "races" even if people want to pretend there aren't. There certainly are factors explaining a lot of these differences, and it isn't all genetic, but honestly, some of it is. Why the phuck do you think like 75% of the NBA is black? As a society, we need to take actions to rectify the things we can control that contribute to these differences where they harm fair opportunity. For example, crime and drug use is a serious problem in minority populations. Access to education and stable family and employment structures are also issues. It is hard to get a job in the ghetto because everyone is on crack or depressed, and if you try to start a business, you will be extorted and robbed. You probably wouldn't have very much knowledge or very many useful skills since your mom was likely an uneducated, single mom with a drug problem, and your father is in jail somewhere. Your public education was probably subpar, and you went to a school where they have to check you for guns before you walk in. Gangs actively recruited or harassed you and your friends while in school, and attempted to sell you drugs. The law enforcement in your city basically hates everyone there, and views you as a potential enemy the second they see you due to their negative experiences in the past, and the tendency to dehumanize enemies in a state of conflict leads to the destruction of trust between the citizens and the law. There are very few routes out of that situation, and the government honestly isn't taking steps to fix the problem. They need to create incentives to bring industry back to ruined cities like Detroit, and they need to have government wide drug rehab programs to get people off drugs, get people educated and trained, and contribute to their mental health and stability to get them all back to work. It's not a coincidence that many of the ghettos are in cities which suffered economic ruin when major firms pulled out, and a lot of factory labor jobs disappeared. (Steel, auto, etc) Then, we saw crime and drug problems arise, and after a few generations, you see familial structures ruined, and everything is phucked.

I could rant about this all day, but I think the future we should work toward is something like this:

Lol it's not like I called them racial slurs to their face or anything like that. I just treated them differently than I would treat someone else. Idk if this makes me a racist but I connect and have more in common with non whites. I still socialize with whites but it's not the same way that I socialize with non whites.

It is clear that the elite universities in the United States are discriminating against whites in an extreme manner, to the point where whites, particularly non-jewish whites, are strictly underrepresented relative to their percentage of the population. By their population, they should be 55% of the people at these Universities, and by their merit should be around 72%. But admissions officers have made sure that their average student body is only 44.35% white.

Perhaps you should've looked beyond Huffington Post as a source.

It is clear that the elite universities in the United States are discriminating against whites in an extreme manner, to the point where whites, particularly non-jewish whites, are strictly underrepresented relative to their percentage of the population. By their population, they should be 55% of the people at these Universities, and by their merit should be around 72%. But admissions officers have made sure that their average student body is only 44.35% white.
Not that surprising (though I will need to read the article more thoroughly), seeing as whitewomenspecifically benefit disproportionately from affirmative action.

White males specifically are arguably disadvantaged (which is a claim commonly made by MRAs and MGTOWs, with data).
Perhaps you should've looked beyond Huffington Post as a source.
