They give way less of a fuk about their stomach than you do. They wanna get some muscle, not walk on stage. They're called normal people and they outnumber us.

Bad diet, bad training + alcohol probs involved.

I went through a heavy drinking period that almost lasted 2 years where I would just maintain my weight (was around 15% bf) every week and was always bloated from drinking. Plus I think a lot more people than you probably think don't know a lot about the science of bodybuilding like calories in vs calories out, bulking/cutting etc.

Too many beers is probably a big part of it. Most people don't realize how many calories are in it then they eat their normal amount of food which is usually way too much.

Some people have goals, these goals include 6 pack abs, but most "wish" and think they can't have it, so they give up on that and just workout without the right diet. Abs are made in the kitchen.
Some other really don't have 6 pack abs (visibility) as goals, they just train to be strong like power-lifters.
It all depends on everyone's goals.

Remember, strongest people on Earth don't have visible 6 pack, they just have a sheer amount of strength and an undercover abs.

I am sorry opie that you must deal with such an oppressive sight, gut fat is usually the most stubborn fat and the last to go, or maybe they're just Ethiopian. You ever think about that opie? HUH!? No because you just think about yourself!!

What do you usually drink to feel bloated ? The next day after drinking I'm usually 3 lbs lighter and feeling dehydrated as fuk.

Most who have any amount of muscle seem to have a gut. At least at commercial gyms. Not talking about hardcore gyms because obviously most of those ppl are way more serious about lifting and half of them are probably on something

Because not everyone that goes to the gym is serious about bodybuilding.

At my gym, about 60-70% just show up and go through the motions.

Keeping a flat stomach after 30 is difficult and there are very few people out there that have the commitment to get/maintain one.
