I don't really have lifting buddies I just ask for a random spotter when I get close to my max and it'd be embarrassing setting up a video in a commercial gym. People stare at me every time though since I go to an average gym

lmao gays definitely use gym as a hook up thing. you have entire gyms that are 95% gay guys. I'm sure someone's already posted that ITT

I have a home gym for this reason, lifting has a deeper meaning to me and i don't want to be distracted (i've been sexually harassed in a few occasions), like hands going where they shouldn't have.

I'm around 16-17% right now, and continuing to bulk at 210.

I've cut 30 lbs before, over the course of nearly a year, and hated how I looked at the end of it. I had visible abs and vascularity, but I hated being small and weak af.

I'll take my minor gut and the fact that I look good in a shirt, over being ripped but small.

I know this isn't the case for a lot of you, but for people with genetics of piss, this is the best option.

lol bruh a guy legit fingered me in the shower when i was facing away. we were kinda checking each other out but nothing over the top, then i finish my workout, go to the shower then find some guy's finger up my angus. he was way taller than me and shredded so i initially cowered out then just left incase i got him angry. changed gyms then a few other things happened then persuaded parents to get home gym


obv you'll get gay guys that just go to regular gyms (maybe it's nearer their house or whatever) and yeah they'll eye fawk like everyone else, i find it so uncomfortable too lmao even when girls eye fawk me
