Well at least LINDA is up to 4/10ths of a penny now. I think it was at 2/10ths when I checked earlier lol. I bought 100k at 3/10ths so I'm breaking even now counting transaction charges.

Yeah, I converted some of my stack into 2 BTC and am just waiting and doing some boring small swing trades. Only thing that's happened is XRB has gone up some and I sold too soon on it.

would one/some of you more experienced brahs mind making a short post explaining your basic selling strat? it's pretty easy to get hyped on something and press buy, but it's far harder to press the sell button, either due to FOMO or selling at a loss. and also what are we selling it for - back into BTC or ETH? back into fiat in our bank accounts? into a USDT wallet? i feel for most of us less experienced brahs this area is where there's the least info/support and where we have the biggest potential to be making some pretty big mistakes.

when you're talking about wanting to buy, and coins that are at a good price, how are you planning on funding these purchases? i'm assuming it's not constantly making fiat deposits, so it must be a process of taking from one coin and putting into another?

when the market is bleeding do you put a huge chunk into one coin that you judge to be bleeding the least, then buy back your original holdings at a lower cost? or is just holding out and waiting for the market to (hopefully) return to the green a perfectly sound strategy?

many thanks in advance brahs, just want us all to make it <3

Fuk coinbase. Won't verify my id so I can't purchase chit. Have had this account for 1+ years, but haven't used it until last week. Can deposit my bitcoin but no purchases. Is there anywhere else I can purchase bitcoin in a relatively short period of time? Using a credit card/debit card? Not purchasing much just 200-300 or so.

Coinbase wouldn't do it for me for a while. Logged onto GDAX and did it using my webcam... verified within 5 minutes yesterday SRS.

Good luck.

In short, here's what I do:

1) invest in chitcoin with solid plans/team/hype/potential
2) wait for it to moon
3) sell 30-75% of it while it's at top, this is the budget I'm using to invest into new chitcoins (so first it's back into btc or eth)
4) repeat until lambo

let's say you invest in a coin early and it moons 10x in X time frame, I'd sell a chunk when it's at 3x, then at 5x, then at 10x. If I repeat this process 2-3 times the money I re-invest in new chitcoins is significantly higher than thus far so i get bigger returns.

5) I should also invest some into ''safer'' coins like eth/neo obviously

I've been pessimistic since June, and especially in October.

But I'm also the person who quit my job and went full-time on bitcoin when it was trading in the $200's in 2015.

Your call if you want to believe me or not

meh i am pretty optimistic for mad gains in 2018
I'm optimistic for mad gains today. Market volatility is amazing, every single day has been a killing. The longer this bubble goes on the more I make, doesn't matter if I'm holding or not. The orderflow is the best it's ever been, same for liquidity.

Mind = blown some ppl think a million is out of reach in crypto.

Crypto is making neckbeards, amateur dart throwers and complete idiots rich.

2x $16 16 times and you have a million.

10x $1000 3 times and you have a million.

Just doesn't work that way brahs.
It's laughable when somebody puts in 2k and tells you they are going to be a millionaire - yes. I admit I would facepalm too, but it isn't really THAT crazy. Probably the easiest way imaginable to become a millionaire is in crypto. Like I can't imagine the average buffoon building a million dollar business but I can imagine some normie getting lucky a few times.

When you build up that stack you realize how achievable it is.
Death is impossible for us to fathom: it is so immense, so frightening, that we will do almost anything to avoid thinking about it. Society is organized to make death invisible, to keep it several steps removed. That distance may seem necessary for our comfort, but it comes with a terrible price: the illusion of limitless time, and a consequent lack of seriousness about daily life. We are running away from the one reality that faces us all.

So, gdax isn't working ether. Is there any way to purchase bitcoin with a card, NOT using coinbase? It seems like their verification system is fuked, and there is no way to get a fix anytime soon.

not true. Some coins will never recover and/or become obsolete (financially). Them disappearing into the ether will balance out the needed growth, not to mention that new money will continue to come into the market. Crypto has gained so much attention just recently, MORE THAN EVER, that it can only go up from here. If the market hasn't truly recovered by summer, perma ban me. and I will send 1 eth to the first to quote this (enjoy your $1 coin *******)

Same here brah. I bought all of my ETH and LTC in May, then threw a few shekels at ICX, NEO, XLM, and BAT in the last month.
