Everything is easy. Conversations, disagreements, sex, making plans for a date, traveling, discussing the future - it's all very easy with the right person. Nothing is a big deal, ever. Even major, life-changing decisions feel good.

That being said, I vehemently disagree with there only being "One." Relationships and people are ephemeral.

Met my wife in college it wasn't the butterfly feeling at all, I thought she was hot and started hanging out with her. I got snowed in for 13 days with her when she visited me during break and I never got tired of her being around 24/7. Regardless, I tried to break up with her so I could date other girls and she was like - "No, I don't think I'm okay with that." Da Fuk?, so I started to cheat on her but the guilt was so bad that I couldn't.

My love for her grew each day until I seriously couldn't see myself happy with anyone else so I asked her to marry me and here we are, 20 years later 5 kids and I'm still incredibly attracted to her and we still love each others company and spoon every single night. I don't believe that there is only one person out there for you, but I found one of the few people I could live with forever and raise a family with.

Was stressing out studying for law school exams. She showed up unexpectedly to decorate my place for Christmas and brought a huge bag of gifts she had wrapped as an advent calendar.

Then said "ok, I know you have to study, I just wanted to make sure you're place looked nice for Christmas"

It took her aver an hour, two buses and a subway to get to my place.

Going on 3 years this year for me now and yes, I actually do. I never get tired of seeing her and get excited to spend time with her after being away at work. Everything we do is fun together, regardless of how otherwise boring it might be. The sex is phenomenal and she treats my son like her own. I do the same with her kiddos.

Life with her is great. I'm normally bored after the first smash.
