Mods, I have a point of order..
Username 'MichaelDuong' made a stupid unsubtle brag thread about his poverty deadlift and I called him out. I suspect several others did as well and he wisely removed the thread, however I still have the neg from him in my cp. How does that work again?

You know, I was actually gonna neg you before he deleted his thread. Thanks for making this thread though, now I can finally neg you.
Here's the full comment I was gonna leave in his thread. I even mentioned you, friend.
Anyhow... We're roughly the same build OP, except my weight is 155-160 and I can pull 5 plates. (To the folks like samsbolton, I promise I'm not subtle bragging, I just feel mentioning this qualifies me to give advice as someone who's been there). My advice ain't gonna be too technical because I'm not a trainer.
So here's what I notice. You shoot your legs up faster than you extend your lower back. I would consider implementing something like weighted hyperextensions as accessory work for your lower back, and good mornings. I also notice your hand position for sumo is somewhat wide, or at least I think they are. Maybe that's comfortable for you but maybe try bringing it ever so slightly inward. See how your hand positioning is slightly wider than shoulder length? I'd say try bringing it in under your pecs. It makes you a tiny bit taller in the movement, and it might even help with the whip of the bar. Also, consider implementing heavy kettlebell swings into your workout, because if you think about it, the form for kettlebell swings is similar to deadlifts, it's like they're distant cousins.
Do you do conventional deadlifts? What do your sets look like? Do you follow a program? Any other relevant info?

What a stupid thread/10. Negged for obvious unsubtle brag.

It wasn't a brag. My lifts are chit. I needed help. Only got your insecurities instead.
Rather than addressing the topic with help instead I get asked retarded questions like how much I expect to DL and how much I squat before getting insulted just lmao

Only purpose of this thread was exposing Duong for deleting threads. Someone else got banned for repeatedly doing that a few weeks ago. I long for fairness.
