But to be serious here; How big is your company, is his boss a no non sense guy and is the guy buddy-buddy with management? I've worked in big corp environments and they won't ever fire a guy for doing **** like this. **** like sexual harassment or huge **** ups will only get you fired right off the bat.

Thats the kind of stuff that can get him fired. Report it and close the case on it, that's the mature way to handle it. Whether you respond or not is up to you, but keep it professional, but it may give him the opportunity to apologize which reduces the chance of him getting hit harder by corporate.

I'm not a tradie, I supervise the tradies and tell them what to do so the job get's done right and we get paid. These tradies would be lost without their Yard Boss telling them what to do. They have it easy, just show up, do what you're told, and let someone like me do all the critical thinking and make all the tough decisions.

Yard bitch probably saw I already provided update on how he didn't do sh*t and kept on being a yard bitch so he didn't want to say anything else.

He's busy anyways, I'm probably going to have him do some maintenance/cleaning on some porta potties that we have on our current job site. Want them looking clean and smelling good for his fellow tradies when they go in and use them.

It depends on what you think of him OP. If you think he's a terrible manager and don't want to work for him, say nothing and go to HR. HR is no joke these days.

If he's just being an ass for fun but you could still see yourself reporting to him and working with him, then you have a chance to earn his respect. Don't respond to that thread at all in any way, and talk with him in private in a room with the door shut, look him in the eye and calmly tell him never to talk like that to you again, tell him that's not how he leads and that's the last time you'll accept being talked to like that and to come to you respectfully if he needs something done. Don't talk down to him, just talk calmly but with a serious tone like you respect yourself. He might just respect you after that. Personally if I were a manager, I'd have pride in having employees who stand up for themselves and hold themselves in high regard. He might too.

You should report him to HR asap. Until you talk to HR avoid confrontation with him, otherwise you'll look like the aggressor. As soon as you talk to HR and they inevitably say they'll talk to him but won't do chit, you tell that fuker off to his face and don't hold back. Don't fukin try to have a logical conversation with the dude you need to ether that fuker or he'll never respect you.

Had something similar come up for my engineering senior design class. Female team lead chit talked my work. Showed the professor what she wrote about my work and said I came to him not to be a whiny brat but bc I didn't want to explode on her. Professor kinda got on me but chewed her the fuk out. I walked right back into the meetings and she's legit scared to say chit to me now. I marched down to a team meeting before I had talked to the professor fully prepared to tear her a new one. Just so happens the meeting got cancelled that day lol. Glad It worked out like that
