Never been to Mexico. Also didn't know it's the norm to cheat on vacation. Don't cheaters just cheat everywhere they go? Pretty sure if your gf is a slut, she's slutting in US too.

Typically, they're like the "jocks" and "cheerleader" types who are trained to be this way by their family, or by association with others in their group. They don't look at "vacations" in the same way normal people do, but as a time to act like sociopaths and animals.
