I must be doing something wrong... this all sounds so complicated

>Change into gym shoes
>Water bottle
>Keys go next to shoes I walked in wearing

>Workout

>Change back into shoes, grab keys, leave

I carry my gym bag but it’s a small backpack. Why are your jimmies rustled brah? Do you own the gym?

I carry my wrist wraps, knee sleeves, weightlifting belt, and my bar clamps in my backpack so why would I want to go to the locker room every time I want to use my equipment?

I started carrying my bag when some dbag took my machine. I literally had my towel in there and while I was getting water the phucking **** threw my towel on the other machine.

I was pretty pissed but I only had one set left and the dbag was with 3 other meathead friends of his

I keep whiskey in my gym bag. Technically its not mine. This chick I’ve been smashing gave it to me to hide it from her boyfriend.

I do that most of the time.

Things I keep in there that may be of use:

Straps
Belt
Notebook
Pens
Drink

etc.

problem?

Giant duffel bags and crap! I carry my drink phone and buds with me, everything else goes in the locker or I leave it in the vehicle. Takes up space by the benches also!
I never try anything I just do it!

i find people who bring their towels to put on equipment more interesting. like no matter what ur gonna be touching someone's sweat, and no matter what ur gonna be breathing in dirty ass airborne bacteria from all the breathing.
There is only one Hell: the one we live in now.

How much do you actually focus on your own workout?

Wtf did these nosy ass judgemental pricks come from?
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

This. Put it in a corner fine, but you look stupid as hell carrying it around with you. You're not hardcore enough to justify straps, knee wraps, chalk etc if you're working out at goodlife, LA fitness, planet fitness, or comparable. If you're a powerlifter fine, but if you're like 99.9 percent of people trying to be zyzz, it looks dumb

Yeah that's also stupid. If you're that concerned about germs, get a home gym.

You can't think of it as a linear problem man. Look at it from an outside perspective. My university gym has limited locker selection you have to get in line early semester and be the lucky ones to get a locker for the semester. My general gym has limited locker section but the gym has large lockers i'm able to fit everything in it and coat, bag etc.

But i've been going to this "NEW" gym that has small ass lockers can only fit your coat, shoes, jacket and whatever junk. So in my gym bag i carry my gym shoes to change, mp3 player, extra headphones, chalk, water bottle (because they are poverty and don't have fountains). My gym bag is like like my survival bag but for the gym lol. I got CANDY in it man for them post workout diabetes. Little things like Aspirin for when a headache randomly pops up. My new gym is commercialized so it doesn't have weighted belts or anything so i'm thinking of buying my own so then i'll have to lug that around too.

Go ask them brahs whats in there gym bags man? Probably a bunch of crackers lol

Nobody gives a **** if it looks dumb or not.

We carry our lifting equipment and pull it out as needed. I leave my journal/waterbottle/keys/other **** in there and pull out wraps or straps or a belt whenever I need it. If not then again it's a good way to let people know I'm at a station. I can also take my hoodie off and throw it inside if need be. I'm not setting it off in a random corner and running across the gym to get the **** I need. I'm in there to lift not to be looked up and down by soyboys. Pay attention to yourself cuck

because my gym is full of thieves who break into lockers, not only that, it is disgusting as **** to walk in the with a bunch of dudes walking around naked
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

-I'd rather live life saying "I failed" than "I could have"

Well i'm looking at you and judging you brah. You need to work on your lower chest, it, or lack thereof, looks very strange. Maybe bring your bag over to the decline bench.

I always have my duffel bag with me, simply because it has all I need in it, dip belt, weightlifting belt, ab wheel, chalk, towels etc.

Icouldput it in the locker, but then I'd lose the convenience of deciding on the fly what exercise I want to do.

But you have to carry around an effing bag the whole time you're lifting, how is that convenient.

You make it sound like carrying a bag between different areas in the gym a massive chore, it really isn't. I'd much rather carry it about for the points mentioned above.
