We were just talking about re-opening the machine gun registry and deregulating suppressors and mabye SBRs and now we have Feinstein putting stuff into a bill at the request of the POTUS who is saying he will make things happen if he has to do it himself while saying **** due process and this and that needs to be regulated/banned even though it's legal.

Guessing we will be banic starting tomorrow....The saying “when it’s time to start burying guns, is the time to dig them up” seems strangely accurate.

I kind of wondered if we were voting between the choice of two Democrats when he ran. He was a Democrat initially. Strange times for sure.

I am optimistically hopeful that this is just a placating maneuver and the bills will be squashed upon further review, but pretty scary words are being spoken by potus.

Your fighting with someone who understands you and would also like to see the "bleeding" of gun rights to stop. But being deadlocked seems to anger more people to being anti-gun, you need to at least pretend to "Want to do something" even if you know you will never do anything.

8 years of that piece of **** Obama and I was never as worried about anything happening as I have been in the last several days with a guy who’s entire campaign he preached about how he would defend our 2A rights. We already saw this same move when anti-illegal immigration contingent of Trump's base were going nuts during his roundtable on DACA, Trump will make a move to get Congress to pass a bump stock ban so he can say he did more than the previous administration, there will be no age limit raise or another federal assault weapons ban.
