I have a date tonight but I want to watch a basketball game instead.

The proposal, which passed with a 30-0 vote, states a police officer could seize firearms from an individual if they were determined to be a risk to themselves or others, WCAX-TV reported.

The Vermont House passed a bill last year that went even further and authorized police to seize firearms without a judge's approval in some cases. The two different bills could potentially be reconciled.

A teenager was recently arrested and charged with plotting a school shooting in Vermont. Since then, even Republican Gov. Phil Scott expressed a willingness to consider new gun control measures.

How does CA know you have firearms?.... when you phucking register them.

Right now, they seize them when they know you have one under the following conditions:
- Felony Convections
- Violent Misdemeanors
- Domestic Violence
- Mentally Unstable (NOT adjudicated, simply a 3-day psych hold)

If implemented in VT, a Judge's signature without due process.

Tired of the gun-control advocates saying registering your firearms doesn't mean the gov't will come for them. Uh..... YES IT DOES!

The night vision range is okay, but not great at greater than 15’ on non reflective surfaces. I have solar recharging motion activated LED flood lights at or near most of my outdoor locations and they help a lot.

The range is decent but if you get down to 1 bar signal strength it definitely reduces battery life. I have the pro, so recharge are battery swap and the regular lithium non rechargeable batteries might last longer idk.

I have mine on the front that covers the yard and driveway, one on each door, one on the garage facing back of house windows, one facing garage doors and fence gate for a total of 5.

Dual has bunches of them. Everything is covered by 3 Arlos in his 10000 sq ft mansionLawyers...

You can adjust the sensitivity, but your best to place them where the chance of interference is minimal from things like flags wind movement birds etc. most of my false alarms are animals like raccoons and cats (and my dog when wife forgets to disarm it). Used to be a lot of videos of me toting gym bags to my car at 4:40am but now I remember

You will end up moving them around a little to maximize coverage and minimize interference and false alarms but they are great.

its absolutely awesome. got all of my things out of my old apartment last weekend so im still in the process of unpacking. bought a new desk for the office and will restain an old bookshelf this weekend to match it.

only downside is i now have a longer commute in the morning, so im getting up at 5 am, and getting home after 6 pm every day at the earliest. feels draining, but damn good to finally be off rent.
