Why are people trying to convince OP he's wrong? You're all projecting your own beliefs onto OP, biased opinions.

If he doesn't want kids then he has every right to end the relationship. Better now than waste any more of her time because this is a huge incompatibility issue that can't be negotiated. She's not very bright waiting to discuss this important topic after 3 years. Hopefully she learns a lesson from this.

I'm not a native speaker so there is a possibility I have decoded "guise wut do" incorrectly, however I heavily suspect OP was asking for input on the matter.

There is nothing wrong with not wanting kids but that really is something you talk about at some point in a three year relationship rather than reinstalling windows 10 for fun don't you think?

Your post makes you sound like a controlling autistic neckbeard redditor that needs to grow up.

Why cannot your read? Most people are not even bashing him for not wanting a kid but for being 30yr old Windows reinstaller who cannot even do basic socializing or household chores. Who is brighter in that relationship? Someone who has actually grown up or some 30yr old video game playing ******* who is still using his harsh childhood as an excuse? Guy doesn't contribute anything into this relationship.

With everyone piling on OP and him suffering a meltdown and hiding up a rat's ass, let me put a different spin on things:

The sloot is to blame for choosing to date such a ******* for 3 years while her eggs were slowly drying up

Buuuuuut... She wants a kid (and maybe several of them). We've been together for about 3 years and she would like a kid in the next 2 years. I could see her being a great mother.

Now I'm not sure where I stand on the kid. I'm quite against the idea of having a child for several reasons:

- I had a pretty sucky childhood. My parents beat me a lot, lots of fights in between my parents, no money etc, had to wear same clothes for a whole year in high school. So that traumatized me.
- I'm quite introverted, and I like spending time in front of the computer playing games and watching movies. I'm into nerdy stuff. Formatting my computer and reinstalling windows 10, tweaking it and reinstalling all the programs is great entertainment for me for instance. It's not that I don't enjoy social contact, but mostly only with my girlfriend and over the internet with other people, and maybe going to a social event once or twice a month.
- I know raising a kid is quite hard. Years of sleepless nights, no more alone time, financial drain etc. The possibility of having a handicapped child.

Then again, all the Hallmark moments of having a kid do appeal to me. Spending Christmas together, celebrating birthdays, travelling etc... But I know those come at a cost, namely the above. Also, I'm not sure if I want to go the childfree route my entire life. Maybe I'd regret it.

There are also some key differences between me and my girlfriend:

- She's a quiet girl who's only concern is to enjoy life. She's not into money, career or other superficial stuff. She just wants family time, time with me and time doing fun stuff. I, on the other hand, enjoy a quiet life in which not every weekend involves an activity. She likes to do stuff most of the time.
- I have somewhat of an early retirement and money fetish. I try to save money on everything, but not overdo as to irritate her. We had some big fights about money. She doesn't throw it out the windows, but she doesn't like to skip stuff in favor of saving the money either.
- I can be a lazy bastard most of the time, and I procrastinate doing house chores until the last minute. Of course when she comes home and she sees I haven't done much she's massively disappointed.
- She's not that much into nerdy stuff. She likes watching movies and shows with me, but that's about it. I would like for her to play games with me but I realize that's a very rare trait in a girl.
- I'm quite selfish, she is very selfless.

So wut do misc? It's mostly the kid issue which is breaking my balls.
Shes pretty old already, she was going to wait until shes almost 30 to start a family???? Jesus.

Just let her go, you obviously don't want a family right now. I think early 20's is much healthier to start having a family for a woman, 30's seems like complications would happen. Down syndrome, etc.

Then you're either trolling or an idiot. How the hell do you not talk about that for 3 years?

Anyways, break up and stop wasting her time, although she'll likely leave you soon enough if she smartens up.

Growing up? If OP enjoys doing those things, why should he conform to what you, or anyone else thinks he should do.

There is nothing wrong with a person not having children, on the contrary the world would be much better place if only a small percentage of people had kids. Too many have them for selfish reasons, and don't have the money or time to invest in raising them well.

This. I've always been upfront with women about not being interested in marriage or kids. It's only recently that I've changed my mind with my current girl.

I relate a lot with you in the fact we born poor and had to wear the same cloths over and over again. That traumatized the fuk out of me. Also me and my parents lived in a room since the moment I was born until I was 5 yo. Only then could they afford a house. And at 10 yo my parents had a financial breakdown and we had to rationalize food loool. Still remember like today. Also they never gave me a gift for my birthday other than the random 2 dollar cheap toy. All my other friends had international trips and video game consoles. All them eventually had a better social life than I did.

Im not trying to imply nothing here but being poor and bringing a child to the world sometimes is not the best option. I constantly think why da fuk am I here and if it really is worth the fight. Sometimes I just hope I die while im doing something lol. That quiet desperation of what the fuk am I doing here. Literally wtf am I doing here.

And tbh, Im just wasting oxygen because Im not good at nothing despite trying, I get constantly lack of sleep because of whatever, and overall my life is work work work little fun work work....
And in home I get in my computer miraculously waiting for something that will never happen. But the truth is way harder to look at. I feel like I just really would be better if I wasnt born.

Moral of the story: Dont have kids if you dont feel like it.

Strong manchild edgelord. Your gf deserves better. Break up with her and stop wasting her time. It's not even the kid thing; you genuinely seem like a whiny rotter. Grow up.

At least invest heavier into your hobby and learn some higher skills.... reinstalling and selecting different window 10 options like its a big deal just lol.

Do the girl a favor and end it. She sounds like a one in a million and deserves someone less selfish

On my grandads death bed, he told me his greatest achievement was raising a large happy and health family.
That coming from a very successful and resourceful man who came from nothing spoke volumes to me.
