Squat/bench/dead is NOT for normal natty's
Sorry to break it to you, but for the average bro, pursuing a big squat, bench AND dead will result in an utterly mediocre lift in all three.
If you want to be head turningly exceptional in any one of those lifts, you need to junk the other two. It's not happening. I'm talking a 3 plate bench, deep 4 plate squat, repping a 5 plate dead.. you are NOT EVER going to achieve all 3.
Please accept this and stop wasting years trying to be the exception. You aren't. These are hard lifts that tax your CNS to beyond what you can recover from, very quickly.
My advice is to lollygag on 90% of your training and go hard on the one or two lifts you really care about. I will bump this thread in a year and report my results. (It's a theory at the moment and it's only my opinion. Although I'm almost certainly right).

3/4/5 not possible for natties? Obvious troll...
Powerlifting is ten times better than bodybuilding as a natural. You can actually accomplish very good lifts in drug-tested competitions (obviously doesn't necessarily mean drug-free). Loads of IPF guys have insane lifts... It's a sport in which a true natural can really flourish for a long time.
Bodybuilding is completely futile as a natural, though. I did the bulk/cut cycle for years and, at best, looked like lean soccer player when cut... Natural bodybuilding competitions are pretty much a joke, too. Either completely laughable fake natties or a bunch of guys who look like swimmers. Pointless.

This is so utter nonsense.
I totaled 1500 in my final powerlifting meet (not elite by any means) with 560/370/570 and completely natural.
I trained with people who were stronger than me and they were natural, too.

Maybe he thinks that focusing on 0 big lifts is even more awesome than focusing on 1, 2, or 3.

I’m pretty damn close to having all 3 and only weight 74kg.
What tf impulsed you to post that here when it will be easily debunked.
Those numbers can be achieved by 80% of natural normal males.
