Yes, these people are twisted and violent, but we had a huge part to play in this. This is all I'm trying to say, I wish we never took part in ANY of it, but our economies would be struggling if we didn't partake in war. So there's no winning possibility. Everything is too fukked up.
You're saying things that make sense , but those who you say them to are mentally challenged. All those losers who are actually proud of this attack should be forced to go to war, unfortunately they are only keyboard warriors.

Fking losers saying things like '' Russia won't do chit', Russia is poor, Russia is weak''. Russia's best alliance is with China , as well as Iran. Putin is much smarter than Trump will ever be, he actually joined the military and is one of the best military strategist. Guy will probably fuk USA without even being involved, just not now.

what infrastructure ? syria infrastructure is basically non existent . bombing the buildings is pointless.
So youre saying they didnt take down facilities, but then say they took down some chemical factories. Seems like a facility to me. And they shot some missiles after the attack but missiles were chit so didnt hit a thing. Just because a country doesnt have infrastructure to the degree of a western country doesnt mean it isnt capable of making weapons in the buildings/factories they do have. That is an assumption that can lead to stuff going under the radar for too long.

i said alleged chemical factory ,usually when a military strike is on the go , the "installations " listed on the bank of targets are army depots, military air bases, naval bases/dockyards,armored divisions, major ports/terminals etc etc

That is why USA, UK and France is air striking, yes just air striking the chemical weapon's storage areas and manufacturing plants and for crimes against humanity.
How do you know it was Assad though? We don't even have any evidence on the first gassing, let alone this one. Mattis in yesterday's press conference acted like a total retard. "Ugh, yeah, we have full evidence on Assad. But I won't tell you what it is and how we got it. Just trust us" and afterwards when asked what kind of agents were used in the gassing he goes on about "Ugh, we're pretty sure one of them was chlorine.". Chlorine, really?

Do you really know if Assad gassed anyone or you're just going about from what the media told you? Because literally nothing was presented as proof that Assad gassed anyone, and he'd have to be the dumbest person in history to have done that.

Yeah, kill Assad and invite even more "refugees" into Europe. Good thinking there, you ****ing *******.

You realize that although Trump has the final authority in any US military action, he is being advised by people who know a lot more than any of us about the situation? America is not a dictatorship where our military officers are clueless and reliant on the commander in chief to order us what to do. Joining the military doesn't mean much, war has changed significantly the past few decades due to the rapid rise of military capabilities of third world countries. No country wants an all out nuclear war, a lot of this paranoia reminds me of the cold war, when everyone was thinking that tomorrow could be the day the world ends.

This attack is utterly horse manure. Let's take a look real quick what the good ol us of a has done in the last 100 years.

2 nukes on Japan purely to show off they have them. Don't get me started on the myth oh it saved so many lives.

Killed over a million vietnamese. Napalmed the shi@ out of them, and now they have the audacity to strike Assad for alleged chemical weapons.

Killed 1/3rd of the Korean population during the war. For what? Not spreading communism? Is fighting communism any different than jihadists fighting
For Islam? No, both are purely for political reasons.

Let's not forget the mother of all atrocities. Iraq war. To invade a country because they might have wmd. Oh my God. Imagine if China did that today, or any other country. Millions of people have died as a result of that. Millions. And idiots think of Islam is evil, oh north Korea is evil. No, look at the blood on your hands. Our country is the most evil country in the world.

So the point is, don't for one second think the us attacking Syria is anything remotely for the good of humanity. It's purely so that Iran and Russia, esp Iran don't get a stronghold so close to Israel.

agreed, my grandma was in Japan at the time and has friends who witnessed the bombings, yet I think it was completely necessary, if you know anything about WW2 era Japan you'd know they would've fought to the end unless something drastic happened. don't get him started on the myth because he has no legit argument against it.
oh and its not like Germany or Japan did anything bad to innocent people during that time period... but yeah the iraq war is the absolute worst right?

It means a lot to join the army, you have an insight of what you really create. And I am not actually in this putin vs trump fight, I just dislike the *******s who do not care that dozens of innocent people died, they are all like ''yeah, trump showed them'' in an era where every country has nuclear weapons and everybody is thirsty for some more blood.

I guess it would give perspective of what you're actually doing, but as far as strategy, unless putin was a O-6 or above I doubt he learned much. agreed that anyone supporting this bombing simply because trump is asserting his dominance is stupid, but again its not trump who decided to do this, he was just the one who had the final say. Also UK and France bombed as well, why aren't we calling out any of their leaders?

The vast majority of the thread is chit posting about who, what and why without any real examination of something simple like cause-effect.

Bunch of people upset at a coordinated strike into Syria - where were these people when Russia, Iran and Turkey started dividing up regions of Syria into personal areas of control - sometimes by massacring the local population and cooperating with terrorist groups to do so?

Cliffs: It's the Misc - serious debates are almost pointless here - lots of sensationalism without thought. Enjoy.

its more amusing seeing the didnt do nuffin mentality of americans who blindly and hypocritically point the finger at other countries for their actions while refusing to acknowledge the moral or factual validity of their own. ironic you mention cooperation with terrorist groups.

Putin was a KGB agent which is the equivalent of a cia agent in Usa. Well, I think UK and France made a stupid mistake, especially with the amount of Syrian refugees those countries have.

People dislike more americans because if you look on social media, many ukers and French people are against the attacks, while americans are the most vocal ones and the ones who are ''proud'' of the result. Assad is somewhere comfortable, kids were killed, but it's all fine, trump showed them.

Why don't you just speak directly instead of being so passive aggressive? Are you Turkish? The Americans armed the YPG that were fighting ISIS in Northern Syria while being bombed by Turks. Speak your mind plainly if you're trying to call someone out on facts, or else join the rest of the nonsense in this thread which shows just how many people have no f'n clue what they are talking about when it comes to Syria.

Thats human nature, don't act like Americans are the only ones with that mentality. If I bully you its okay, if you bully someone else its not. To me its a matter of do I trust my government, or random internet opinions...

Actually USA is described in history books as the ''universal guardian'', always wants to lead and decide for other nations, tour's over. There are better countries to lead, usa can go and sleep.
