Only problem with the show is Daniel's son, kid needs to be sent to military school/fat camp. Has no meaning other than being an annoyance.

Really enjoyed it to start but didn't like the ending at all. Thought they were going to play it out where Johnny was the anti hero the entire time and the Karate Kid was just being an ass the entire time while Johnny was actually helping the kids. Would have been great.

Miguel was great and turned into ass in two episodes, Johnny's son was really boring and a ****ty actor. He shouldn't be a big character next season.

Just finished episode 10. Definitely an interesting concept for a show, not your typical Hollywood reboot/rehash type chit. Felt organic. Some of the acting and dialogue was cringeworthy, but overall I liked the show and will definitely watch season 2.

One last hnnggggg for Moon fukking hell she's so hot.

The show creators admitted they rushed Miguel's transition from jedi to sith because of time constraints. Im sure season 2 will flesh sht out now they know they have infinite seasons to work with.... #1 show ever. Bigger than the news even.

I felt this, too. I hope they do a redemption arc for the latino kid, he was the protagonist, I didn't need to see them make him a complete dick. I also felt the face-turn for Johnny's kid felt unearned. He was dishonest from start to finish and I can not accept a piece of crap went from ass to great guy in a matter of weeks.

I wish they'd made the finale more grey, instead of black and white, as the show had done a good job up until then of showing things weren't cut and dry.

Ok then. I don't mind them taking him to the dark side, just wish it hadn't been so forced. Sounds like they had to work with less time to develop and at the time probably didn't know if they'd ever get a season 2, so they had to rush a little.

Now that it's a success, hopefully that won't happen. Sometimes a show crumbles under it's own success (Walking Dead) but this season was great so I'm very hopeful for season two. Still haven't canceled YT-red yet either. Kind of like the google play.

What does "kinda like the Google play" mean? I havent canceled either but only becauae yt red has the show "Cobra Kai" on it (pbuh) ... dunno about no google play. Explain what you said. Now.

no where near the level of those shows mentioned. Its good for a light hearted short show that doesn't take itself seriously tho. It took a while for johnnys acting to smoothen out, should have kept the beard too.

there was a scene where johnny had a flash back of his sensai beating him up for losing a fight. But i never saw that scene in the movie. How did they shoot it? or was it like from am extended cut or deleted scenes or something?


and why do people say Daniels kick was illegal? just before he enters the comp the chick says kicks to the head are a point.
