Make some REAL goals. The military one might be a good option but the first 2 aren't real goals.

Ignoring women and dropping all friends is the best thing I've ever done. Money is all that matters. As long as you have money, all bad feels go poof.

A lot of good advice ITT
If you don't do anything about it now you will hate to look at yourself in the mirror later and you will have no one to blame but yourself.
On your birthday you will look back at the past year and you will have nothing to show for it and you will cry in bed all day regretting every day you wasted your life.
Think of all the time you spend just thinking about going to the gym and getting fit. "Tomorrow I'll do it" again and again every day.
Why not just spend the time to workout and then you can enjoy your day without those negative thoughts?
“We must all suffer from one of two pains: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The difference is discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tons.”
Make your friends, family, and most importantly, yourself proud.
This goes with anything not just the gym.

I've wasted most of my 20s as well. College wasn't easy, i was depressed as fuk. girls rarely came around and when they did my social anxiety fuked things up. I'm getting a lot better know. still working a poverty retail job with a useless degree tho. at least i know that my situation sucks and need to get off my azz and make things happen. don't get stuck in your head OP, life is happening whether you join the party or not. there are people worse off than you. change your outlook boyo

We are not here to enable you and make you feel better for wasting your potential more and more as days go by.
You have the power to fix this, it’s just hard and you’ve convinced yourself it’s “too hard” because either you’re as helpless and hopeless as you claim OR you can choose to change your life but choose not to.
You want something different? Do something you’ve never done. Fake it until that confidence becomes real. People are attracted to confidence, friends, girlfriends, employers, all will come if you show some confidence and start taking risks to improve yourself.
You can either sit in your room and continue down this path and be here in 10 years or you can, right now, decide what you want to do different and make it happen?
Want to get jacked? Do what it takes. Take shortcuts.
Want a better job? See what it takes. I mean **** be a personal trainer if you want, you could be one of those douches hitting on their clients all the time.
Want friends? Talk to people. Practice talking to people. People you have no intention of ever seeing again. If it gets awkward who cares. If it doesn’t then awesome.
Make a goal, then make a plan on how you’re going to get there in the next 5 years.
Then start ticking off boxes one day at a time.

IG we've been here before. I doubt you're awake right now as it's 4:47 in the UK and I can't imagine types like you being up at 4am unless for work, but I hope you read this when you do wake up.
Posting the same thread once a week or month isn't going to change chit in your life. At most it's cathartic and all you're doing is repeating the same process and this boils down to a daily level no doubt. Why not make one thread, get your act together and bump that thread whenever you've made progress or need to vent a little. All new threads are going to do is end up making people who don't recognise your username see you as another no face FA whiner. At least with one thread everyone will become familiar with you or see that you're seriously trying to improve things instead of just coming here just to make a new thread to vent, have people give the same advice (2+ times if they don't remember you) then rinse repeat when you feel extra chit again.
Guys like us love to see progress. Not ad nauseum repetition which is why certain posters and certain threads are annoying as phuck.

You can always find things that will give your life more meaning. You just haven't found that yet. There is no need to be impatient, and your dwelling on it makes everything worse.

Find activities that you can become legitimately interested in and get out there. We're all gonna make it.
