I hear the new line of procs are crashing systems much more often than the intel equivalent, not sure if that's a good buy.

You’d have to be an idiot not to invest in Lisa Su if you had any clue who she is.

You don't even need to invest in small cap founder companies to double your money fast.
Amazon and netflix have been fookin scary. (and more recently TWITTER which has doubled since my entry back in december)

Why are you treating investing like gambling? Unless you know something specific about AMD that you think (with good reason) the market misunderstands, what the eff are you doing?

you're putting your money into a company that should perform for you. you bet on teams, fighters or players that should perform for you. If they don't, you lose money. : / And yes..upsets in the market happen just like sporting events.
The stock market is straight up gambling. There is no question about it. I have my play portfolio where I throw my loose change and then I have my long term investments... which is still a gamble. The safest place for your money is in coffee cans.
In respect to AMD: they're a company that has amazing cash flow per share, they have a wonderful and brilliant leader and they're making a lot of noise in the tech industry. Their navi gpu is on par with Nvidia's newest GTX line. Plus, I like them as a company. I'll be completely honest, I took my oil winnings and threw them into AMD and ETFS.
