However - I have been pulled over for my tint being too dark and using a license plate cover (i like the look of it you can still easily read it but was told it made a reflection and prevented traffic cams from grabbing my plate - which i really feel is kinda dumb double-edge sword) - have given them my ID and insurance and they've always only given me a warning. I am always extremely polite and cooperative though.

Because we selectively enforce underage drinking and white kids often get a pass on it. SRS almost everyone in this forum tasted their first drop of alcohol before 21. It's a dumb law passed by nanny muppets and it just leads to more ruined lives. Jail fuks people's lives up more in the end.

I've gotten a pass on it too. Because I did what the officers said, cooperated, told the truth, etc. I've also been cited. The law is the law. Sometimes you get a pass, sometimes you don't. She's not in jail because of the drinking age. She's in jail because she's a kunt.
But the cop was also a kunt. Also, if some people get a pass and some don't, that means the law is not being enforced fairly. That is grounds to strike the law.

I guess it's a matter of perspective, "standing up to the man" and "not being a cuck" or whatever. Not sure how giving your name to a cop and being a normal, polite human being is being a cuck, being asked to do something stupid or overzealous on the cops part. I'd be embarrassed of my friend or child if they acted like this. The officer said get out the car and you're going to jail twice each before she went hands on, the girl said no then looked like she was going to grab something, hard to tell what exactly. Watch the video, you'll see it, she has plenty of chances to comply and then she gets pulled out when she doesn't and the rest of the video unfolds.

It's called officer discretion. I can't imagine the public outcry if every law was enforced without officer discretion. You'd never get let go on warnings, ticket for speeding 1mph over, you'd be charged every possible charge in a case (often times people can be charged for multiple crimes, but mostly the biggest ones are actually pursued and the smaller ones are ignored or dropped).

I get what you're saying man, but both sides did things they would like to have back in this video. I have a daughter who is 21 and if I saw this video and it was her, I would have a hard time with her actions. There are bad police officers who throw their weight around and pull power plays like this all day. I have also had friends who are LEO beaten and shot in the line of duty during a traffic stop. It is systemic to societal norms nowadays and this culture of entitlement and feigned power. I don't have the answers, but that is just my two cents.

Agreed. The sloot was dumb to not comply, but the officer escalated the situation. Officers are responsible for trying to deescalate. it's their job and they receive training for this. I have dealt with cops a few times and they have always been very professional and calm -- even in matters of great distress. This woman is a disgrace to the badge she wears. Also, the level of incompetence at not being able to subdue a 20 year old girl shows how pathetic she would be in a real situation. Some mexican cartel gangster would have sodomized her decapitated face and left her body out on the side of the road.
