Spent a few days in Denver earlier this week, noticed about 5 karate studios while driving around. Even saw some stick in the ground signs at intersections with things like "Want to learn Karate?" and "Learn Karate Today" printed on them. Denver dojos seem to be alive and well.

that zabka guy is a great actor and he had the looks too back then, surprised we didn't see more of him in movies, ralph macchio is still awful tho

Like many, I wasn't expecting much (and honestly I never cared much for the movie), but also was very pleasantly surprised. Very good.

Lol @ making an Asian kid (especially that goofy looking one) the "Alpha" though. I can only suspend my disbelief so much.

just watched the entire season over the weekend

I saw The Karate Kid once or twice as a kid, which is over 20 years ago now but it wasn't a problem to be able to follow (as long as you know the main lines of the story you're good)

Dam flew threw this in under a week. Was much better than I expected. Surprised youtube was ok with the anti-PC shots considering it's such a safe space.

Can't wait for 34 years from now when we get to see Miguel start up Cobra Kai again (with the help of Hawk of course) vs that sloot Sam and Robbie
