Thank youWhat you said is my biggest concearn, I will be mostly on my own, my family live in the west and I am in my native country. My friends will come and help me, but it will be things like small errands and comforting me. My mom works and she finally could equal her education, she got a good job and they need her during summer, especially. I did not want her to take free time, she works here since few months ago and she has a very good reputation - professional, responsible and she finally earns good money. I told her I have a small procedure, just a bit of fixing, she doesn’t know and I won’t tell her.

I will need to eat with a syringe, I got protein shakes, my friends will get me soup and help me shower, will wash clothes for me and I will be able to change. Those days I make water supplies and juice for the cals. I have a very strong mind tho and I know that I will make it. I recovered from a car accident too and I know how things go with medication and low energy and I know what low Cals do to your mood.

UPDATE 12/07/2018: I had a meeting late afternoon with my surgeon, nobody was there except him, a nurse and another lady. The new prints came and he figured out I need only an upper jaw surgery, so no longer a double jaw surgery. I was so happy because I literally need to pay half now, lol. Second thing, he will cut part from my chin because he says it is too pointy and he knows it will improve my facial aesthetics.

My lab results for the surgery came, tomorrow I go for an EKG and a cardio-pulmonary X-rays. I will edit names and locations and personal info and probably I'll post the lab results, so far, only my APTT - how fast my blood coagulates is a bit higher, max is 30 and mine is 32.

He also made the payment plan, I will update with the picture. I'm very happy because he does a new type of surgery with titanium, so my teeth won't be tied and after that he sends me to physio, so swelling will go down fast fast fast. Before visiting him next week probably Tuesday, I see my orthodontist to attach to my teeth metallic rings. Saw today my panoramic scanning and he was really happy with my ortho results. Probably the nicest doctor ever, told me his goal is to make me breath better too and he will succeed. Today we also made exercises about how I will blow my nose, pressing on a side of my nose and with the mouth open, otherwise the air and pressure goes up, next to my sinus and it swells.

I'm actually getting excited.Next Thursday is the surgery.

I like my face very much and I always admitted that I'm fat and I have fat legs and especially very big thighs. But I never had any problems, I always dated very good looking guys, such is life for lucky me. Also, never forget that you have chit facial aesthetics, maybe my surgeon can create a jaw from titanium instead of coping with that homeless refugee beard that you have. Here it is something the patient uses in the ward 2 days postop they dont take it home with them but things could be different in Netherlands, either way i doubt that there is any maxillofacial surgery wards without one call them and ask.

I understand, I will have to ask my surgeon, I will be for 1 day in the hospital tho and it's in my native country, not in The Netherlands, but it is a private hospital and the standards are very high.

you are in a very good shape, but you are very ugly, that's life, sometimes you are fat and have a pretty face, other times you look like Thor but have chit facial aesthetics. Thanks for wishing me the best, however, I will leave my adam's apple.

I food prepped a lot before the surgery and had lots of stuff here that he could just heat up for me and him. Just make sure you have everything you'll need for about a week or so.

I think this is lovely, that your son took care of you as he could during your recovery.I will only be allowed to eat blended everything, surgeon jokingly said that ''well, if you want to chips, you can eat them, but blended'', but I won't have the power to stay and blend things and then clean after myself, so for 2 weeks I will only eat cream soup and yogurts and similar stuff that are already blended and soft. I will survive, I'm not much of a food addict, I am disciplined when needed and I'm not picky at all, this is how I got fat in the first place, polishing the plate :P

Thank you very much for your encouragement! I've never been under total anesthesia, I heard they give you something to calm your anxiety anyway.

Yeah, I felt so bad for him the first night. The pain was the worst I've ever felt in my life and I was bawling my eyes out. He had to set his phone alarm to wake up every two hours to give me meds. It was horrible. If I'd known it was going to be that bad I would have tried to get a friend to sleep over and do the meds.

Could you pre blend some stuff and freeze it? Then just thaw it and it's ready to go?
