when they say that, they actually believe it. but subconsciously, they know they could never get a guy with a cut, muscular body, so they tell themselves and others they prefer "dad bod" (gayest fkn term ever). classic case of sour grapes.

but on some level, the hot chicks who COULD score a cut & muscular guy could be telling the truth when they say they're not attracted to big muscular guys. however, it has nothing to do with their appearance; it has to do with their assumptions about the guy's personality: shallow, gym-obsessed, overly particular. but take two guys with the same personality, the bigger and more muscular (short of roided out beasts), the better.

I don't know. Hate is a big word, but I'm sure girls/women willinitiallylike different things, just like men.

I mean you have men that like girls without boobs (or in other words, men) and they only need a big ass. You have men that like muscular women, you have men that love big boobs and don't care about a big ass, you have men that love skinny/fat women, etc. Why would that be any different for women? To say ALL women like only dad bods or only bodybuilders is just stupidity.

I bolded initially, because I think interests can change over time and is influenced by environmental things. Like take a gymbunny for example. She is surrounded by muscular men and her interests lie in the fitness culture. It's not unimaginable to think she might be more inclined to liking big muscular men at that period of time. But if she decided to take on new hobby's and get exposed to different kind of men for a meaningful period of time, i'm pretty sure her "ideals" of men would change.

Interests change all the time.

They like the fit guy more but if they land him and they think he is better looking than them, they will try to make him gain weight because they are insecure and dont want him to leave them for another woman. They will do chit like this subconsciously without even realizing they are doing it. Nagging him and talking him out of working out so they can spend time together going to crappy restaurants with fattening food.
