Now, if what you mean is that the top 20% of men have a much easier time with OLD and a more stable and consistent stream of good options, then yes, obviously you're right, and that should go without saying. However, your posts give the impression that you view dating as a binary--either you're chad with a ton of options, or you're an FA with nothing. Maybe I'm misinterpreting you (let me know) but that's the impression I get. There's a vast gray area between the two and that's where most men fall. The OP isn't actually doing that bad. He's getting matches, some are 7/8s, he's going on dates, etc. He may not have the options he would really like right now (few people do), but in 2018 that's not bad.

I don't like to use my own history, but I'm not Chad status and in the last few years all my dates, hook ups, and relationships have come from OLD sites. I'd rate them all between 6.5-8. You could make an argument that it isn't conducive to finding someone serious (I'd likely agree at this point), but that's a different issue.
