my daughter is growing up to be 11 this year.

Let's say if I had a son I'd be thrilled when he started to date. Daughter not so much. Teacher told me she's stopped acting so much like a little thug, and is doing good in class but to keep an eye on her because all the boys like her.

In short, and not to hijack this topic completely but...girls are harder if you're a dad.

OP...SIncerenly the best of luck.

I don't care if the guy she marries is colored lol. I'd like to say I am raising her up to be color blind, and religious blind for that matter. Don't judge color, just each an an individual....

Dating/marriage. I'd like her to marry someone who is a good guy who doesn't have sex outside of committed relationships (*fingers crossed here*) and preferably rich (is that too much to ask?)... so she won't have to struggle financially. It could happen...but it's the school boys/teen dating years that keep scaring me. Hope that part as she grows into a successful and responsible adult isn't unbearable.

I don't have full control over it though. if I had full custody from the ex still wouldn't. The thought tho? You cannot fathom...it's worse than thinking of your parents doing it, and more rage inducing than thinking of one of your ex-girlfriends getting the D from another man.

Rabbit. If I have a son in the future I'll compare from personal experience not just from what I've heard/seen (from others around me who have boys)/read.

I want a boy to grow up and be a chad, a slayer, and if not too much to ask, a badass MMA fighter world famous. Oh but one who never loses, or gets hurt too much in the cage. Or he can be a great sports star too and I'd be proud of that... but please just do it in HOCKEY, don't be a typical football tool! Also he will HATE bodyfat, he will be the furthest thing from a neckbeard. Non-smoker. And yeah even though I'd want him to plow lots of hot chicas on the reg, practice doing so sexually.....and if he gets the occassional freak then he must be sure to bust a nut in their face!

Don't give your kid a tablet @ 4 years old. Find ways for them to interact with other children in a real social setting. Congrats OP.

My great grandmother told me that after 12 hours of labor and no baby you need to start slapping your wife around to speed the process up.

Good lawd that’s a long labor. Hope they don’t make her labor for two days and then decide to do a c-section. That would suck.
Hope little SuperMariaBroette arrives safely soon.
